I used the app for a 2 dollar Dave's double. Burger was fresh and hot, and the fixings on it were cool. Perfectly fresh.

I want to say about the evening manager. She doesn’t know how to talk to the customer. I don’t like her behavior . She was very loud and rude to me . I will never ever go to this restaurant .

First of all the food sucked the nuggets were cold and hard the fries was cold. And second of all the little boy that took our money was very rude. We asked the boy for a receipt he said they don't give receipts out. We asked to speak to a manager. Then he said move to the next window rudely. When he asked us to move up to the next window then it got worse. When we arrived at the next window. We were greeted by a rude lady happened to be the manager. But I didn't know she was the manager. I asked politely can I speak to the manager. She said she is the manager rudely. My family will not be attending Wendy's every again. This happened on March 29th 2024 around 7pm. Worse management.

The front order taker was rude. No courtesy skills. I waited 20 minutes before. I ask her would I be next after the one person's in front of me order was completed, she responded rude and obnoxious..I left..too many young people on their cell phones and not helping peopleI'll never return again .It was awful

So I placed an order and no one told me it was almost a 10 minute wait. If I would have known that I wouldn't have ordered. Nothing changed here its just as bad as the old Wendys. But then again all fast food places in dundalk suck along with delivery and carry out

The food is good and the building is, now, brand new. The staff still doesn't listen to your order and manages to only get it half correct and it still takes 15 minutes in the drive-thru line, but Wendy's can't control that nobody wants to work anymore.

They are slow getting the order ready, and the food was cold. It seemed like it was an inconvenience to take my order when I opened my sandwich it was just thrown together. Cheese was so cold it seemed it was almost frozen. The fries were still cold in the center. It was just awful didn't enjoy it at

Lots of very nice people working there. It is not reminiscing of the old Wendy's at all. Food was hot and everything appeared cleanly. The young ladies at the window and the carryout were very polite the services was good. Hope it's staying this way it was impressive.
