I ordered food from here and it was NEVER delivered contacted the restaurant said they were closed Waited the next day they advised the driver called me which he didn’t then when i contacted them back they stated my food was delivered. Refused to send my order out or refund my money !! Don’t recommend at all

I ordered online through the Beyond Menu website. When my order arrived, the driver did not follow my delivery instructions and I did not recieve my order of Crazy Fries. When I checked my email receipt and credit card history, I was charged for Crazy Fries. So I called the business to just get my few dollars back for the item but the person who answered was rude. I tried explaining to them that I was charged for food I didn't receive and just wanted my money back for that item. The person on the phone laughed at me and insisted that no Crazy Fries were in my order. I assumed that there was a problem with the system and was ready to proceed with however to fix it but instead the man on the other side refused to acknowledge the problem and just repeated that I did not order any even though I had the email receipt to prove it. I finally just said I would wait a few days to see if the charge was altered and call back if it wasnt. Terrible customer service, even if it is a website or credit card mistake they should not be talking with customers this way.

Every time I order from here my food is messed up! Everything from my chicken not being cooked all the way to the wrong toppings on my pizza and if that's not enough I just ordered a chef salad and they told me it was already picked up! How when I'm right there?!
There customer service is terrible, they don’t go by their own menu. I called in an order they told me 15 minutes, 25 minutes later I go to pick up my food they tell me “oh some man just took your food”… so i had to wait for my food to get remade, no compensation and they didn’t give me what I ordered and had to argue with them about what they have on THEIR menu to get what I ordered... Over all I’m NEVER coming here again.
