As good as the corn is, NEVER is it worth a 30 minute wait!!! I asked for my order three times and it wasn’t actually taken care of until the manager stepped in to help. Understandably very busy I would’ve happily waited 10 minutes. But to keep asking me what I’m waiting for, door dashers crowding around me shoving their phones in employees faces, then an employee says she just saw that order 10 min ago but now doesn’t know where it is. They remake it and it’s up in less than 3 min. That couldn’t be done within the past 30 minutes when I asked THREE times?? The manager with pink hair and employee with a spider tattoo were very helpful. The girl with the long black pony tail seems like she’s in lala land and can’t handle being in the kitchen. They were slammed and she was on her phone! And was about to leave before the employee with the spider tattoo had to ask her to stay and bag orders! That’s pitiful! I feel for those employees because lazy people like that girl only drag them down. Those two employees are the ONLY reason I am giving two stars.

The past 2 times I have been here it was fairly good!! Just the wait times usually would be around 30 minutes. Today I decided to order takeout to avoid the wait! My order still took an hour to get done.. as well as my fries weren’t in the bag!! I was polite the entire time even while being irritated. Once I arrived home I saw that my fries weren’t in the bag, so I called, told them that it was okay and I didn’t want the actual fries now that I was home, but at least my money back… and got hung up on. The food wasn’t all that great as well, cold and the wings were really small. I wouldn’t recommend this location, it was upsetting !!!

Tried for the first time and will not be back. I ordered garlic parmesan wings. My food was tasteless and dry. The sodas machine sodas was flat or out. They put chicken in togo boxes. your fries are stacked up in an open container that touches the dirty counter. Will never go back!

So I have never had anything from Wing Stop. I decided to give it a shot since I like trying places I never been to yet to see how the food is. When I arrived I was never greeted and stood there for a few minutes. The staff saw me enter but never acknowledged meAfter a few minutes one of the staff said he will get my order shortly. I stood around for 10 to 15 minutes and still not had been helped. I decided to walk out and go to the Popeyes right next to them.I will say I will never go and try the food since the staff can't seem to help customers that walk in. As a customer you would hope that the staff will greet you and get your order ASAP. How many people does it take to make one chicken sandwich? Is that why you have cards right at the cash registers "Skip the line, Order online"? I guess you you forgo face to face interactions.Now I know why I love Chick Fil A so much

I ordered at this store 8633 Philadelphia Rd #180, Rosedale, MD 21237 and the food is terrible. I ordered 30 wings and they only gave me 20 and they were cold and the fries were supposed to be large size and they gave me a pittance, I drove 45 minutes from where I live Not at all, I'm calling to talk to the manager and they have disconnected the phone, what does this mean? They didn't even give me the large corne I ordered, a shame

I walked into the store hoping to get some good food on my lunch break. Nite I haven’t had Winston in quite sometime so I was craving it today, and I walked in (no line) stood there for no more than 5 minutes. No one spoke when I walked in, no one said they’ll be right with me as I stood there. They just looked at me, and left me wondering if I’ll be helped or not. Poor customer service. Wouldn’t even try again.

Most often people say this place is a hit or miss. My experiences with the Wing Stop have always been a miss. The chicken is always dry or overcooked. It's constantly giving jerky. That ain't what I ordered. The fries are burned...definitely doesn't complement the zesty seasoning. After my last experience, which did not stray too far away from my general impression, I am fukcing done with this spot. I would gladly overpay for Ledo's wing over this place, any day.

This place is pretty horrible!!! They are always under staffed, the wait time is too long, and today I was sold baby wings!!!!!! The wings were the size of a mini candy bar!!!!! TINY!!!!!! I have visited this location a few times and today will definitely be my last!!!

Customer service is terrible. They are very rude & Frequently messes up orders. Food arrives cold or taste like it was reheated instead of fresh fried wings. I called to explain that my order was done wrong, the person over the phone told me "we're busy, idk what to tell you". Umm they should have said we will refund you or you can resend you a new order.
