We were a group of five and ordered dinner family style. The lamb chops and pork gyros are AMAZING! The grilled octopus was also extremely good. The sides were not anything special, but the entrees made up for it.

I really hope to come back and give Zorbas a 5 star review one day because I genuinely love Zorba's but the fact that it has gone downhill in recent years cannot be ignored. I've been coming to Zorba's for 20+ years and it's the first place I suggest people to try if they express interest in Greek food. This review is based on my last 4 in row visits. The service is just terrible - many nights there is only one person working the entire restaurant. One visit in particular the bartender, who also acted as host, waitress & busboy, was so weeded that she did not acknowledge us at the bar for over 15 minutes. When she finally did, she couldn't find our reservation but told us she'd seat us soon. 15 more minutes pass, as no point did she ask us for a drink order or offer us water. - while we're sitting at the bar for 30 minutes now. And that's just one example. Service needs help. Food- is delicious, truly, which is why I hope they fix the issues so I can come back. But my last visit I ordered a spanakopita and noticed multiple "hairs" all throughout it, after already started to eat. After finding 7!! In total we learned that I was finding several strands of pastry brush. It was so unsanitary and offputting and who know how many pieces of plastic I accidentally ate before realizing! Ambience - I love a divey place but let's be real it's become dirty. It hasn't been updated maybe ever. It's giving "old and grimey". It needs some major cleaning and updating. There is so much potential but no one is putting the work into it. Every time I come in I notice that the dirty baseboards are still uncleaned. The bar is falling apart. They don't even keep their liquor on the shelves anymore. After back to back terrible experiences, it will be a while before I give it another shot but I really really hope the owner takes note of this review and makes some positive changes, because I want to love Zorbas again.

This restaurant has fantastic food and service. I grew up in the city and I enjoy coming to this place anytime. They normally play soccer games and have Greek music on when I'm there. I love the food and people, keep up the good work!

It's really hard to rate this place. Years ago I came here and had taramsalata I've been dreaming of it since. Well my friend also has a thing for stuffed grape leaves. So I said let's go. Well everything in the place was exactly as it was 15yrs ago. The staff was very nice and accommodating but they were out of everything we asked for. Also the dining area is so close to the kitchen I mean so close. I was like I was sitting on top their ove attempting to eat. When I jokingly said something to the waitress she reply "brutal". As I sat wiping my sweat from my cherry red face waiting for my $84 bill to arrive my friend said maybe they'll offer a discount. But sadly they never did. What a shame cause the food is really good

Great, authentic Greek food! The chicken souvlaki platter was very juicy and filling! Will definitely come again

There's a chaotic good energy here. The food is terrific. Highly recommend the gyro, which is actually incredibly juicy pork cooked on the grill. It's not the kind that is shaved off the Kronos meat cone. The Zorba's fries are like cottage fries and delicious. The service is a little hectic. They don't use a POS, preferring to yell the orders while in the kitchen, which honestly I love, but it does mean that some items didn't come out so we had to ask. Will totally return. Great food. Good people, and I got to watch them in the kitchen and Greek news at the same time.

The food here is fantastic. I always get the Greek Salad and the baklava since they're so good. This time, they had swordfish and it was beyond phenomenal. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here all the time.

Great food and service. Watching the grill fire the food is a treat to watch, especially the whole fish specials. The one issue a pet peev for me, is the place needs a good scrubbing including the toilets. Probably not going to happen so enjoy.

Zorba's is a neighborhood restaurant and bar in the Highland town area of Baltimore that used to be ethnically Greek . It's one of the last Greek restaurants in the area, and seems to be stuck in time, and that's a good thing . What it lacks in modern decor, is more than made up in the food. While Zorba's has a relatively limited menu compared with past visits, it covers all the bases in the variety of offerings . Seafood and pork chunks "on the spit" are particularly good and worth the visit.

Flew back on a plane today with a couple from Greece and they said this is the best Greek food in the area.
