4: they had the ice cream I wanted so no complaints there. The sundae was good but nothing spectacular (so no 5)2: cleanliness I'm not sure if they have ever actually swept UNDER the tables: probably hit "around" the chair legs without pulling them out..and almost for sure the floor hasn't seen a mop in awhile 3: efficient. 2.5workers (one appeared from the back when the lobby got busy, since the driveway was already busy) so my order didn't take long A couple of folk had pre-ordered and walked in, grabbed and went (I'm still not sure how folk can be comfortable ordering ice cream to go..and not know how long it sat there...but maybe it was something elseI can't say I'd ever recommend going to a place that was questionably clean. But I admittedly have been to worse places if they have what I want Pre-Covid I had 3-4 BR, each within 5-10mi to choose from. They were co-joined with Dunkin' Donuts. But they seem to have divorced, and DD kept the bldg. So this is the only option I have if I want my Jamoca Almond ice cream

A Match Made in Ice Cream Heaven!Rating: ★★★★★Review:Baskin Robbins has outdone themselves with their latest ice cream creation—a French Cruller inside a waffle cone, topped with cookie dough ice cream. This culinary masterpiece is a true indulgence for ice cream enthusiasts like myself. I recently had the pleasure of trying this delightful treat, and it exceeded all my expectations. The combination of the French Cruller and the waffle cone is a stroke of genius. The soft, flaky texture of the Cruller blends harmoniously with the crunchiness of the waffle cone, creating a delightful contrast in every bite. It's a match made in ice cream heaven. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the cookie dough ice cream. Baskin Robbins has nailed the perfect balance of creamy, smooth vanilla ice cream and generous chunks of irresistible cookie dough. Each spoonful is a delectable mix of velvety goodness and sweet, chewy surprises. The presentation is simply stunning. The French Cruller nested snugly within the waffle cone is a visual delight, and it adds an extra layer of texture and flavor to the experience. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly elevate this dessert to the next level. What impressed me most was the quality of the ingredients. Baskin Robbins consistently uses premium ingredients, and it shows in every scoop. The ice cream is rich, flavorful, and not overly sweet, allowing the natural flavors to shine through. As for the overall taste, it's pure bliss. The combination of the Cruller, waffle cone, and cookie dough ice cream creates a symphony of flavors that dance on your taste buds. It's a perfect balance of sweetness and indulgence, without overwhelming your palate. In conclusion, the Baskin Robbins French Cruller inside a waffle cone topped with cookie dough ice cream is an absolute triumph. It's a dessert experience that combines creativity, craftsmanship, and premium ingredients to deliver pure ice cream joy. If you're an ice cream lover looking for a truly unique and satisfying treat, I highly recommend giving this masterpiece a try. Your taste buds will thank you!

Not one to leave reviews, but after my experience with a group of friends I have to say... This place is pretty bad as far as BR goes, on top of the language barrier, it's almost as if the staff don't even care about giving horrible service because they know the location is really good (near suburbs). Honestly, it's one thing to not even give customer service, and it's another to scoop ice cream without gloves and give a singular, sorry, pathetic banana for a sundae... Given the other one star reviews, I think this team is here to stay and cut corners for the foreseeable future. Do NOT go here!

Cheap on the toppings and portions. Someone that speaks English would also be nice. No longer worth what they are charging

Max Service

Old franchise owner no enthusiasm and stale personality

I really like BR and my dad used to run one. This one is a little light on the servings compared to others I have visited recently in western Maryland. With that said, the ice cream is always tasty.

Me and the kids can't stay away. Love a blizzard whenever we can get one. The local teens that work there are always great! Friendly, polite and always with a smile.

The drive thru line gets ridiculous in the summer and was super disappointed when they discontinued the salted caramel truffle blizzard!!! But I'm sure that was corporate

Not very clean, outdated and slow unfriendly service. It’d also be nice if they answered their phones and actually lived up to the 31 flavors trademark. Would not recommend this place or go out of my way for it— Needs new management (higher ups) to re-evaluate how they present the brand.

So I came in with an online order with door dash and it was not in the mobile pickup area. When I asked about it, my pint was staged in the freezer section next to the ice cream flavors. To date, they aren't doing sample tastings. I pre-ordered a pint of the ube coconut swirl which looked result good but I only tasted the coconut and not much of anything else including the ube. So disappointing but appreciate this major company's attempt to put this on the market. It definitely needs more of the ube flavor much like the ones made by Magnolia or Nestle. This flavor should really be highlighted as a coconut swirl not so much ube.

Had pre-ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday party, and on our way to the party stopped to pick it up. After a bit of a delay, I was told that the cake maker was sick. The manager(?) Offered to to give us 2 smaller cakes decorated the same was we had requested on our order. This was not a huge deal to us, so we took him up on the offer. Overall, I left satisfied. I only deducted 1 star because I think a phone call could have been made previous to our arrival for pickup (10:30). The manager was very apologetic and did what he could to make it right. Will use them again in the future.
