I just had a wonderful late lunch at Bertuccis with Marie as our Server. The place was pretty empty. Marie paid plenty attention to our needs. She said what I was planning on ordering was delicious so I got it and she was correct. I’ve never eaten here before but I will be back for sure. From the bread on the table with the oil, to the salads and pasta dishes, everything was wonderful. The bathrooms were clean. The restaurant was very clean. I just had such a great experience with Marie as our server. I can’t wait to come back and have lunch (or dinner) here again.

Mr. Rick was awesome. I came here for date night with my husband. He had our drinks rolls oil and food all out very fast. I would definitely recommend eating here. Mr. Rick is our favorite server and we love coming in here to eat and having him.

Was taken aback by the waiter handing us the bottle of wine and opener and was told open our own because the bartender didn't. Took a hour and half to have a pizza for dinner.

This was our second family birthday dinner at Bertucci's and we loved it again! Easy booking, great follow-through from the restaurant to check on things on the day of the party, and amazing service from Jason and others. We love that the room is private and separate from the rest of the restaurant. The food was delicious and very reasonable for the amount that we got (we even took leftovers home)! Adults and kids had a great time. We had 35 people and plenty of room to walk around, have a cake/gift table, set up photo boards, etc. Overall wonderful experience!Kid-friendliness: Great price for kids on the private party menusDietary restrictions: Will make any pizza gluten free

A few weeks ago, I got a gift card in the mail for a free "Birthday cake", a slice actually from Burtucci's. I haven't been there in yrs so my wife and I decided on lunch. It was about 12:00, they open at 11 and it was a very light sprinkling of folks inside so seating us was not a problem. Our server was friendly and brought us water and menus right away. I finally decided on the lunch portion of Chicken Piccata, and my wife got Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo. Mine was very good and the lunch portion was plenty for me. My wife said hers was also very good. Before our check arrived, I asked to redeem my gift card for B-day cake, and it was no problem. The cake was double chocolate with whipped cream and the two of us finished it off. The total for our lunch was a very reasonable $37.08, remember the cake was free. A perfect lunch and a nice change at a place I'll certainly be visiting again soon.

Tuesdays with Megan are our absolute favorite day of the week besides weekends obviously. The staff here is incredible and we request to sit with Megan every time! She knows and remembers our order every time we come in, goes above and just makes it feel like we're family. We always leave here happy and full of pizza!

We were seated and then brought bread , then totally ignored, we sat and sat waiting for service so we could order food, the place was slow, not many people there but waiters I made eye contact with repeatedly just kept standing behind in kitchen, walk all around us then just totally ignored us, we stood up to walk out, no one said anything, ridiculous, been going here for years, second time successively service was terrible, last time waiter very rude. I am very shocked at this, supposed to be nice place to eat….. we were totally ignored.

We love coming here. Such great food and atmosphere. My husband and I really enjoyed our server, Harry, last time we had dinner. He was very friendly and attentive. Thanks for a great experience!

My husband and I regularly eat here. Always happy to have Rick as our server. He's very friendly and has a good sense of humor. He keeps our teas filled and always gets our order right and the roasted vegetable pizza is so good!! ?

We had a wonderful dinner experience at Bertucci's in Bel Air! Not only was the food cooked to perfection it was out on time. Hat's off to our fantastic table server, Harry. Such a well rounded and fun to interact with person. He took care right away and with a smile!

I haven’t been to Bertucci’s in quite some time. My sister and I had dinner here last night and we had a wonderful experience. Harry took excellent care of us. Our food came out promptly and was delicious. We will absolutely be back.

It was about what I would expect from a restaurant chain. Everything was fine, although the service was notably slow and I felt like the food was overpriced (although everything's inflated right now, so I don't hold that against the restaurant--the portions were large).

The bathrooms are dirty so that is an indication that other things are dirty....including the kitchen. We do like to dine here but the bathroom thing is a showstopper for my wife. Sorry.

I took my family on a Saturday night. We were seated immediately, so they weren't that busy. We waited 53 minutes for our food. When I got to the table it was cold. The waitress didn't come back for 20 minutes so by then, everyone had sucked it up and ate part of our cold food. My fiancé got fettuccine Alfredo, and since it was my favorite he let me try it. It was more of a milk sauce. There was zero flavor. Needless to say I was beyond happy I didn't order it. After asking for the check, the waitress told us they were doing a special and offered to take $10 off of our check if we filled out a Google survey for their restaurant in Belair (the location we went to). I did not have the heart to tell her. They didn't want to pay me $10 to give them a crappy review. I was so excited to go here since it used to be my favorite restaurant. But after having kids and Covid, I haven't been able to go. That was the absolute last time I will ever go there hands-down without a question.
