Half decent wings aren't worth the service here. If you plan on getting chicken within an hour (yes, an hour) just go somewhere else. It's pretty clear that they're content having people (even those who've called in an order) wait for 30-40 minutes for some chicken. And they toss the stuff that's already done in a fridge. It felt generally unorganized and I am completely dissatisfied. They also wanted to tell me about the egregious wait time until after my $70 order. Seriously, get your stuff together here.

I went in exactly at opening time to grab lunch for takeout. I had a super sweet cashier named Johnathan who recommend me what sauce to get and while the wings did take a while to come out he apologized for the wait and wished me a good rest of my day. I've also dined in once and everything was satisfactory although their takeout containers aren't sturdy and definitely a hassle to close.

Refills were nonexistent. Food was good but servers were too busy chatting among themselves to care for us. We kept waiting for the server to take our payment from the table and he didn't show. We needed to leave so we went to the front to pay. They sent us back to the table and called the server to take our payment. We will not be visiting anytime soon.

There were 3 of us, we had to seat ourselves which is fine except there was no one at the entrance and no sign saying to. The table was sticky and still had glass rings. We were one of 4 tables, two had their food already and it still took almost 20 minutes to our appetizer, which was chips and dip. Then I got 5 wings instead of 6 which just kinda threw me. I avoid complaining at restaurants but how can you not count to 6? And they were overdone. BWW used to be one of my favorites but they've really declined in the past couple years.

We went here last night since we've given up on the whitemarsh location. Faith, our server, was amazing and had such a great personality. Our food came out timely and was wonderful. Glad we found a good location and kudos again to Faith!

1) Food came out 40min after the estimated pickup time. 2) Two orders of fries were missing. 3) Lack of transparency with wait status. 4) Personal online orders were routinely bumped in favor of door dash. 5) Atmosphere: Everyone at the pickup counter was upset, because everyone had the same terrible experience.
