It's Chick-Fil-A, I mean.. lol!!!It was really busy and they got my kids complicated order right... None of this, extra that, add this... Although they forgot ALL OF OUR SAUCES, because it was the busiest I've ever seen here.
So I came through a couple weeks ago through the drive-through and ordered my food end up asking for five large fries with my meal when the fries came out I did not notice that they were hard as a rock. I was already heading home which I was 15 minutes into my 30 minute trip, and that’s when it was noticed I called and spoke to the And my name and they told me I would have New fries available for the next time I come back was not given a designated timeframe on how long that would be and I was not realizing I had to ask that. I went back in today and gave him my And they told me there’s no such thing in the back office that I’m supposed to remember everybody I spoke to even though I have a printed receipt that was placed on my bag when I came through the line very disappointed. Makes me question coming back. I thought Chick-fil-A was different from the rest of the Fast food establishments, but I guess I was wrong very disappointed so I wasted my money on fries that I couldn’t eat then and still will not get replaced now because I did not have the time to turn around to get the new french fries right on that timeframe, very disappointed will be thinking, thinking not very much on purchasing anymore Chick-fil-A

This chick fil a is fast and has the best customer service but the parking stinks ! The drive through line gets in the way of parking , almost forcing you to stay in line, even if trying to park .

So tired of always getting the wrong thing from this location…we are either missing a sandwich, or like tonight I ordered and paid for the Market Salad for my wife, and went home with a Southwest Salad. Big difference! Management needs to have these young people check the bag against the ticket before handing anything to the customer.
Forgot my chicken sandwich for the fifth time, no straws, and the requested chick fil a sauce. Very disappointed.

the frosted coffee was so nasty that it tasted sour, genuinely impressed how they managed to mess up coffee and icecream in a cup but they did ?.every other locations frosted coffee is so good but the rest of the food is good at this location so u live u learn

I am so disappointed, I didn't think I could have a bad experience ordering from you guys but I have, our fries were overcooked and cold, my sons grilled chicken sandwich was burnt, the grilled nuggets my other son took one look at and said yuck, my wrap was the only good thing, that and our delivery driver was on point, shout out to David, so very disappointed, do better chick fil a.
