The Chili was gross, the burger mediocre at best. Chips and Salsa were the best part of the meal. Service was not impressive, but also not the worst I have seen.

This was an unusual visit. Other times I would give a much better rating, but this time sucked. They were absolutely understaffed. It took a long time to get our drinks, our food, our to-go boxes. The staff was very friendly, but didn't seem very eager to work. I went to the bathroom and found two staff there doing their makeup!!!
Food was too salty and honestly tasted like it was taken directly from the freezer to the fryer. Our order wasn't that complicated yet came out wrong including our drinks.
We had a $25 gift card. Our server told us that it was no good. We tried it in place at the table. He took the card, "Let me try on my computer." It still doesn't work. We got home and checked the card, and it was still good for $25. I don't think he wanted to be bothered with the gift card. We were three at 3 pm and the place was not busy.

Bad experience here tonight. Very disappointed. My burger had the wrong cheese and fries were served soft at room temperature. I asked them to fix it and they just re-cooked the fries until they were crunchy and brown. Cheeseburger with the correct cheese was ok. If a restaurant can't get a cheeseburger and fries right, I certainly won't bother with anything else on the menu. Shame on you Chili's Bel Air! You've managed to sully your reputation as quality restaurant.

Went in last night with a group of about 20 people..had the most wonderful experience all around !! We understandably had to wait for our table and the manager treated us to complimentary appetizers because we had to wait which was above and beyond customer service !!The food was perfect and Jillian our server was amazing ..start to finish our experience was THE BEST!

The place was not packed yet most of the tables were still dirty. The food was not good. Overcooked or overgreasy. Did not feel well after eating there. Chilis used to be so much better. I hope they can return to their better days.
