Food was great. Service was busy that day and they messed up my order. I got fried chicken instead of meatloaf. I wish I got the meatloaf

Placed curbside order for meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans. Meatloaf is SO good-almost as good as my mom's! So good, I almost always order it when eating at Cracker Barrel. Curbside was very fast.Employee very nice.

I heard so many great things about the food at cracker barrel but to my dismay I was highly disappointed with the experience as a whole. First the restrooms (at least the men's) were a complete mess from the missing stall lock to the overflowing trash can and the disgusting toilets. Second the wait time for the food was at least 45 minutes and when it came it was so cold I sent it back and got something else. The "pot roast" that I got was just meat and gravy, no potatoes, carrots or onions and the gravy was bland and tasteless. The waitress never asked if we wanted refills for our sodas and I had to ask for napkins. This was my first and only time patronizing a cracker barrel establishment in my life.

When we are driving long distances, it is great to have a familiar place to stop, have a good meal, enjoy a clean environment and good service. We do not usually stop during the busiest times of day so servers have not been overloaded.

Great Thursday morning breakfast experience. They have country ham, my favorite. Service was timely and efficient. Lots of old time candies to mull over before you leavr.

The server was AWESOME! Always with a big smile and eager to make our experience memorable. My husband ordered the pot roast special. It was so tender it melted in his mouth. I ordered the country fried chicken. The best I’ve ever had. The only downside was I ordered a side of the hash browns and received a very small portion for the price. I will be going backKid-friendliness: From entering the restaurant to walking out the staff are very polite and friendly.

1st time there. We got fried pickles to start. They where a 2 out of 5. Not anything special. Then we had stake, fried chicken, and roasted chicken. My stake was ordered med rare came out well done. I sent it back and waited almost 17mins for a new one. Stake 2 out of 5. The chicken was good 3.5 out of 5. Had house salads which where amazing 5 out of 5 and a baked sweet potato. Nothing special 2 out of 5. So food gets a 3 stars. When your salad is the highlight of the dinner that's not good. Are waitress was slow to check in and walked off quickly after dropping off are food. So buy the time I saw my stake over cooked had to flag her down. I believe when someone orders a stake the staff should wait for you to cut into it makeing sure it's cooked right before leaving the table.Parking: There's not a lot of spor in front. So most parking is done in the rear. With some walking to be done.
