Tried this place for first time and I regret it. Grilled Chicken wrap was terrible. The chicken they used in the wrap was cold so I guess they precook and then refrigerate. No idea why they wouldn't warm it up before serving it. Gave 2 stars because the amount of chicken was impressive shame it was cold.

Had a issue with my order I either order the wrong item or the app populated the wrong item, most likely my fault. Regardless, I was starving wrong order came for delivery called store, they were very understanding and in within 30 minutes i had what i wanted for dinner. great customer service and delicious food will be back soon, thank you!

Have ordered delivery from the Bel Air location only 4 times now but each time the food was fantastic, delicious & hot. AND it arrived no more than 20 minutes after ordering. Every time I order, I can't seem to get beyond the Eggplant Florentine or the Eggplant Parm....both with a side of Caesar salad. The eggplant is fantastic! Best I've had...I'm addicted!!! Even the Ken's Caesar dressing they carry is fantastic. All of the other places carry Ken's but it's the plastic pouch type. Cuzinos is in a little round container, not greasy or oily, is thick & has a very light taste of anchovies which is what homemade Caesar contains. It just goes to show you that Cuzinos cares about the quality of their food as they don't carry the "everyday" Ken's dressings. One of these days I'll get beyond the eggplant entrees & order something else.

Delicious mostly devoured breadsticks. They were fresh and fluffy. We even saw the guy making our pizza. Eating in everything was clean and well distanced.
Pizza was just slopped together. Was not made with love. Also cold. Garlic knots were cold and hard. The gnocchi had entirely too much garlic. Fries were cold. The only good item we received were the bottled drinks lol. Thought we'd try a new place, never again.

Love the pizza, its so good! Always hot and fresh, and the cheese stretches for days. Delivery is always quick. Onion rings are delicious and come with a chipotle style sauce which is sweet and tangy. Chicken wings are perfectly fried, juicy, and moist.
