Ordered 8 pizzas over the phone for my kid’s bday party because I couldn’t order ahead online. Online prices shower 5.99 per pizza so when I ordered the same 8 pizzas over the phone, they told me the total would be 60 some dollars so that added up including tax and delivery charge.They bring me 5 pizzas charged at a much higher price and nothing but attitude on the phone when I call and try to explain the situation. Couldn’t even attempt to care about the situation and try to rectify.I know they don’t care about a single customer but lost us for good after that.

They are very cheap on toppings. They barely give cheese on the pizza. Sometimes the pizza is not even cooked properly.

I ordered pizza for my son’s birthday which was dry no sauce totally unacceptable! We had kids over I apologized to my 7 year old son and called to complain they agreed to replace my pizza the following day. Today I call to get my replacement a worker named Jordan answered he said protocol wasn’t followed so he can’t do anything he asked if I got names from yesterday I said no because they were nice I didn’t think I had to get names when I had just left from the store so I asked to speak to the manager and asked what the managers name was the worker Jordan told me the his name was Dillan. Dillan got on the phone I asked for corporates number he then said I don’t have it your going to have to find that yourself I asked was it protocol for them to have corporates number at the location he said he doesn’t know I then asked forThe regional managers name so I can call and request to speak in the morning he said he’s not at liberty to say! I asked what his name was again he said BILL I said your worker Jordan just said your name was Dillan so is your name Dillan or bill (since I needed names to go with complaints) he said my name is bill and I wish you luck with writing your review online! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 3.9 starts so many bad reviews and nothings being done about this place! But I will be calling corporate or whoever I can reach to let them know that these situations are getting out of hand!

I have lived in this neighborhood for the past 5 years. I should have done this review many times before this. I would like to spread some holiday cheer to the workers at this location. I feel that sometimes we can take advantage of workers and get upset when things aren’t “quick”, On a busy Friday night they are backed up, tension are running high with customers waiting for their orders and the staff who are under the microscope. Today we had to wait almost an hour for our pizza, but normally it’s only 10 to 15 minutes from the time I order to the time I can pick up my food. Thank you working so hard and for helping feed my family. Happy Holidays!

Gave me not 1 but 3 pizzas with absolutely no sauce and slightly over cooked and refuses to replace it. The worst customer service ever the manger who’s name was “Dylan” at first then changed his name to “Bill” was rude and hung up said before hanging up “I wish you luck on writing bad reviews online” come on now this is the type people you want running your business lol. Dominos on main street is a no for our family!!!

Dumbest People on the Planet! We ordered Pizza last night at 6:52pm. At 8:14 we get a message that pizza was delivered. Well, not to us. I walk aside and the delivery guy is leaving my neighbor, where apparently he left the pizza....I run to the end of my driveway and flag him down, he CLEARLY sees me and quickly drives away. We call Main Street location and say "we've waited an hour and a half and it was delivered to the wrong address'. The girl on the other end of the line says 'it hasn't been an hour and a half, it's been an hour and 22 minutes'. As if that's acceptable. We hadn't ordered Pizza from dominos in YEARS. Never Again! BTW - our address is big and bold on our mail box and on the front of our home.

We have given this location several chances but unfortunately.. joke is on us. We stopped getting delivery because that was always messed up and instead we just started doing curbside which didn't prove to be any better. This most recent time, took 8 minutes for curbside delivery after the order said it was ready and we clicked here. then they forgot a salad (not the end of the world.. they brought it right out) but while we were waiting for the salad, we checked the other stuff and they gave us a cheese pizza instead of a Hawaiian pizza. Thought they just brought out the wrong one BUT.. they apologized and said they "cooked" the wrong type.. how does does that even happen but now we are waiting for them to make the right pizza while all our other food gets cold. So after many attempts to give this location a chance, we will be taking out business elsewhere..

One of my favorite Domino's locations. This one always gets my order correct. I love the thin crust pizza! The barbecue bacon chicken bites and Pizza dough bites are also a huge favorite.

About as good as it can be. The pizza is pretty bad but for a $6 price tag on most of the food, it's hard to complain. 4 stars instead of 3 because of the convenience. Nothing against this one specifically, dominos is just bad in general
