CLOSED down permanently April 2021. Try Bagel Works near the Firehouse, instead.

We had a flight to BWI and stopped by your kiosk in terminal C. We ordered a bagel and coffee. Oh but low and behold no coffee yet there was a 5 gallon coffee machine. The announcement from the counter person to the line of folks was ain't got no coffee but d have espresso. How about put some grounds in the machine and make a pot. This occurred at the busy morning rush. We wonder why we can't get employee's that can just fulfill the basic job description. This occurred on Friday Sept 17, 2021.

Bagel Works is much better! Locally owned and the staff treats customers with respect... cannot say the same about the workers at Einstein Bros in Bel Air.

I love Einstein Bros. Store. Unfortunately, this is the only one within 18 miles from my home. It just happens that their sandwiches are a bit too dry. I've communicated to the associates behind the counter my dissatisfaction, their recommendation is to buy additional butter or sauce.

Well I love this place and I will never say that their food is horrible because honestly they have the best bagels that I've ever had. So I will keep it focused on their customer service and the delivery service app that they are currently partnering with. November 1st today, I ordered brunch menu this morning to feed my family of 6 and went back to sleep because I dont usually eat mine later the day.Well, when my dad received the order at the door, my mom woke me up and showed me the food they received because she knew that something didn't make sense. And she was right.. they are just bagels.. i never order just bagels from this place. So when I tried to get my money back at least the differentials from Doordash. They didn't give me the money back with differential. So I dressed and drove there. A dozen bagels is 15 dollars and brunch box is 35. The Doordash only gave me 10 dollars back. When I arrived to talk to the manager, he saw the receipt and the receipt on the app So he put the ordered in for brunch box. I had the pictures for my wrong order and I didn't show it.He said the because I ordered from the Doordash I was charged with however much... and he said he gave me the brunch box for free. However, even I really appreciated his customer service, I went there to receive the order that I originally wanted. When he said the brunch box was free I feel like he should have said that the bagels were free because I didn't want them in the first place.I really love einstein bros bagels and I'm sorry that this happened and I believe that their leadership in the store will take care of it for sure.I decided to write this review not because of what happened. It's because how two different business services collaboration can fail when there is an error or wrongfully used by who are under these businesses.I mean how on earth someone believes that when there is obviously sign?

Great fresh bagels. Not too many places make pumpernickel bagels, they do!

The gentleman who answered the phone was abrasive and condescending. I had placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. The app tells you to park near the entrance and put your hazard lights on. The only parking spots near the entrance are handicap spots, so I parked as close as I could in the non-handicap parking spots and put my hazard lights on, like the app tells you to do.After waiting a while I became concerned that there was something wrong, so I called to make sure that they had received my order. I wasn't rude, I didn't yell, and I wasn't complaining that I had been waiting too long. I literally called and said, "I just wanted to make sure you had received my order." The gentleman immediately tells me I'm not parked "out front" by the "blue signs" and I'm too far down. I apologized and said I hadn't seen any blue signs besides handicap spots. He then becomes argumentative and takes the time to condescendingly repeat what he said, adding that "next time I need to park by the blue signs." After I received my food I drove around to see which blue spots he was referring to. There are two tiny curbside blue signs posted next to a handicap sign near the Boston Market on the side of the building.I admittedly hadn't seen the signs, but what if there had been cars already parked there when I arrived? Should I have stalked the two curbside pickup spots until someone left so I could move my car? Common sense says that customers won't always have their choice of parking spot. I cannot over-emphasize how dismissive this gentleman was. If he's in a management position at this location I truly feel for the employees who work there. He must be a terribly person to take direction from.I should add that the woman who actually brought out my order was very nice. When I asked her where the spots were, she kindly pointed them out without sounding unprofessional or entitled.

Over the last 15 years or so my family have been dedicated customers to the Einstien Bros Bagel location off of 24 in Belair Md. The Manager Jim has been nothing but friendly and kind over the years. Today my family an I were excited to see the restaurant had finally opened. We wanted to support this local establishment which untill today has been one of our favorite restaurants. Today we came to the restaurant and ordered sandwiches. Our bill came to $46 and change. (I was n

I want to first start off by saying that my family is a huge fan of your restaurant and we frequent it multiple times a month. We always go to the Bel Air, Maryland location and normally have a great experience and enjoy how pleasant and friendly the staff is, including the manager Jim.
