Couldn’t leave less than one star or I would have.My pregnant daughter in law who is allergic to mushrooms ordered a medium firehouse steak & cheese sub. She went home and partially ate it and got violently ill. When she called the location they informed her that they don’t put mushrooms on that sub. My son and daughter in law & son have a picture of the partially eaten sub with mushrooms on it. They also still have the sub. Not only is she allergic to mushrooms, she is pregnant and this happened on the day of my grandsons second birthday. Needless to say the entire day was ruined due to the incompetence of your employees.

My wife stopped in today to order a meatball sub with no cheese, and a chicken parm meatball sub. Guy tells her the toaster is broken and it’ll take 15 minutes in the oven. She tells him never mind, asks me if it’s okay, I say it is and she goes back in to order the subs. At this point the prick apparently cocks an attitude. Not our fault your equipment is broken, either deal or fix it. Then we get the food only to find out when we get home that the supposed to be plain has cheese on it. I mean, come on. Really my man? Maybe next time get the order right instead of getting upset with people over YOUR equipment problems.

Made a 40 minute drive to Tollgate Road for 3 subs. They left one of them out of the bag. After driving 40 mins back home and discovering the missing large sub, I called and spoke with "Dan" who after only 2 min on the phone with me tried to tell me the "video" showed all the subs going in the bag. I assured him there were only 2 subs not the 3 i had paid a total of $50 for. He then recanted and offered to make the sub for me if i would come back. Needless to say I did not make the drive back. I did however call back and was informed that I could not get a refund unless I brought my card into the store. To top it all off the sub I did eat made me sick as hell. What the hell is going on in that place poor service, and bad food! Negative 5 stars!

Sandwiches were great. Staff very friendly and courteous.
My family and I went there today around 4pm for dinner. What a nice experience we had. Employee's were great. (ONLY 2 OF THEM)They were busy and friendly. They even checked to make sure our subs were good for us. Acting like they actually enjoyed their job! Wich is rare nowadays. We all had brisket and chedder subs! BEL Air, MD Tolgate location 5 stars for sure

Took more than 25 minutes to get the food.When I asked the man behind the counter what was the hold up, he said we're giving away a lot of free food. You take care of the paying customers that are waiting first.

Went into the store to order today. There were customers waiting to place their orders. They had been waiting for sometime. The man in front of me made a comment about how long it was taking to place his order and he was told “too bad it takes as long as it takes”. I told them that that was not good customer service and was told if i didn’t like it that I could go somewhere else. Very poor service! I’m sorry NO SERVICE!

Firehouse Subs has good options and prompt, courteous service. I got a special Kings Hawaiian pulled pork and slaw sandwich ... delicious. It came with a drink, chips, and pickle slice, just right for lunch. I was happy to see the baked chips with less fat. There are two tables outside and a dozen inside that seat either 2 or 4. The table tops are spotted like Firehouse Dalmatians, and the chairs are fire engine red. The seating area is clean, bright, and open. I was happy to learn about their public safety foundation.
