The food was alright but the employee working was a very rude person. He acted like it was an inconvenience to serve me and was annoyed the entire time. I think his name was Hunter you guys need to remove him from your staff or more customers will stop coming just like me.

Vegetarian options: I Oder food and pay but they mistake and they didn’t give food until 45 min they didn’t ask and my service Counter guys name is Danile they have to cahnge worker and fixt the place is nice but worker is so bad

My husband and I received a gift card for Christmas that specifically shows as redeemable at Jersey Mike's. I tried to use it on the app a few weeks ago but kept getting an error. Ended up having to pay for our $27+ food order out of pocket. I contact Jersey Mike's support and give them the card information and the rep tells me that they believe I need to use this gift card in store. My husband and I then go to Jersey Mike's off Baltimore Pike in Bel Air, MD and we're told that they do not accept the gift card. I again had to pay for my $20+ order out of pocket. I'm beyond pissed that I have a $40 gift card that is full balance and activated that's redeemable at Jersey Mike's and can't use it. I then replied to the same rep that told me I needed to use it in store and mentioned that we were told the store couldn't take the gift card. The rep said they sent a message to that specific store's owner for them to reach out to me since I had requested a refund for both purchases and it's been 3 days and haven't heard anything.

Disappointed! Rolled up at 8:45 to find the crew cleaning up and prepping to close. We just wanted 2 subs. Said the system was down and won't take our order. If the system is truly down, put up a sign on the window/door. ?

Fantastic food. I ordered a nice roast beef hogie with a boatload of mayo and it was amazing. The meat is fresh the onions were crisp just all around a great time. I'll be back for sure. Unfortunately when I walked into my home I tripped on my cat and dented my dinner. If I could undent my sandwich I would have taken a picture of this beast of a sandwich.

Worst. Service. Ever. I ordered online today, which gave me a pick up time of 50 minutes after I ordered. I arrived on time at 1:09 PM and didn't leave with my food until 2:15! Yes, it was busy but none of the staff had a clue what was going on. You could tell they have no processes or procedures to deal with even a small rush of orders. I could have went through the line 5 times and gotten all 5 of those orders faster than I got my online order. I was told 3 times that my sandwiches were "still being made" and then finally told that none had been made and they didn't know what happened. Even from that point it took 20 minutes to get my food. And I wasn't the only one waiting for a long time. There were several others that had to wait over 30 minutes. No manager in site either. I will NOT be spending my money at this establishment again!

The food and service has gone down hill for close to 2 yrs now. I wonder if a new owner took over. The place used to be friendly andorders were made on time. Lately the rolls are a hit or miss on being soft and fresh. The meat had been skimpy lately and service slow. They fill online orders before walk in customers.

I ordered online from the Bel Air location today at 12:29 with a pick up time of 1:09. I didn't leave with my food until 2:15! I was told 3 times that my subs were "still being made" and then the fourth time I was told none had actually been made and they didn't know what happened. From that point, it still took at least 20 minutes to get my 3 subs. No apologies at all either. And no manager in site. Yes it was busy when I first arrived, but I could have went through the line 5 times and gotten my subs quicker than the online order and pickup. I will not be going back here again any time soon. And I used to be a fairly regular customer. Absolutely terrible service!

I never had a sub from Jersey Mike until today and only because it was free from my T-Mobile Free Tuesday. It was great and I will definitely be going back. Packed with meat, fresh veggies and crusty bread. Excellent!
