Came for lunch. Our waitress was really nice but brought out food all at different times. Had crab dip, she-crab soup, shrimp and grits and crabcake platter, everything was delicious. Unfortunately almost every bite of crabcake had shell in it. Told waitress and she said "that's what I've been hearing", then told manager and you would think they would comp something at those prices but didn't offer. Tacos should have 3 per plate instead of 2. Still plan on coming back though as food was 9/10.

Me and my husband have been coming here since opening day. We always are greeted by the welcoming host staff. The manager Kevin is always very sweet and accommodating, and works hard to help the staff function smoothly. If you want the most amazing margarita ask for Tim. Tim and Kristen are our most favorite bartenders ever. Never an empty glass! The food is the best in the area. I recommend you try this place out for your next dinner date! Great for an after work happy hour , or a family dinner in the dining area.

The food was ok we got crabcakes and they were good but had a lot of hard pieces that we had to pick out. We do wish they had more choices of vegetables as sides.

The food is ok, has very nice ambiance decor and very nice bar. My main issue that makes NOT want to dine there is the staff and the manager. ZERO personalities, no one that works there has a upbeat, warm friendly personality. It's like the first AI operated restaurant in Bel Air. I've spoken to the manager on several occasions and he never receives customer input nor questions appropriately and blows you off. I once had an issue seeing a bartender who obviously had a cold was constantly rubbing his nose and grabbing fruit for cocktails with that same hand. It was just too openly obvious and too often where I had to bring it up to the managers attention confidentially, but he didn't appreciate my observation and concern in COVID times. The proprietor needs to visit Bone Fish Grill and Outback Steakhouse to observe and learn what great staff and personalities are like as well as great management and what it means to the happy customers and the community as both places are always crowded with wait lists for seating. Latitudes needs serious help and fast. Thank you.

First time here and my only slight complaint was that it was cold in the restaurant; however, our server allowed us to move to a little warmer table.

Got take out for lunch from here. Food was excellent. It's really difficult to fry breaded shrimp and get the perfect cook out of them but they nailed it. And the crab grilled cheese was amazing as well. Definitely coming back to sit down and eat.

The food is really good. The honey sirachia Brussel Sprouts are a must try. The service was on the slow side but they got all of our orders correct.

Service was great from the server! But the food was just awful, the “cowboy steak” I ordered was to be medium rare, but it was over cooked into a well done. Got a brand new steak after 15 mins and it was cold blue raw, and the third time instead of getting a new piece they just recooked the same portion into a medium. So I never got a correctly cooked steak. The manager was very kind but I was never given a discount on the under & over cooked steak except was given a voucher for free shrimp which I’m allergic too and I ordered the steak?Overall, it’s good service, I like the people but the food quality was terrible for a $40+ steak with no appropriate compensation. Hard to spend my money somewhere where they don’t value what they cook.

I can't even comment on the food because my family and I left. The place was NOT crowded. The 2 bartenders looked my way and said nothing. We waited for 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. Once the waiter came, I asked if we could get a booth, she rolled her eyes then said follow me. Instead of given the 4 us our menues she placed them on the table then walked away. We waited another 10 minutes and still no one said hold on, I will be right with you, or anything. So we left. To the owner or manager, please retrain your staff on customer service.

Came in a few nights ago and frank was my bartender. He is a charming young man and gave us great recommendations. The food was amazing I had the mussels and an order of wings. 10/10! Loved chatting with Frank at the bar.
