Ordered 14" cheese pizza ahead of time for pickup. When hub got there they said order didnt come thru and kept asking for the name of who ordered. Moments passed all along it was on the counter. We have cold pizza with the sides lacking cheese.

My family and I would go here at least once a week because we love the pizza and atmosphere at until recently. They have hired a new girl who has some behavioral health problems. Before I even ordered she asked if I was tipping. We always look out for servers because you should and besides my wife works as a bartender. She was so rude and confrontational to me and everyone who came in. I even noticed her and another customer get into a verbal argument with language that shouldn't be used around children. I will be going to the Aberdeen location for now on its a real shame we enjoyed going to this location because of the atmosphere and the staff. I know it's hard to find help but WOW. I think it's going to be hard to find customers with her working there.

Absolutely awesome customer service!! I had my toddler and spilled TWO sauces everywhere. Not only did they insist that I leave it for them to clean up, they replaced everything even though it was my own fault. Great food as well! The best!!!

Ordered chicken tenders and fries. The fries were soggy and half of them were seasoned with old bay(I didn’t ask for old bay) and the “chicken tenders” were also soggy. They were also falling apart and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t even chicken. Stick to pizza if you have to go here

Thank you for ignoring customers an hour and half before closing time even when making eye contact with us. Then ignoring the phone when trying to place an order for pick-up

Food was terrible no meat on my pita steak also didn't put provolone cheese on my steak like I asked and I will not be going back waste of $8.00 dollars and terrible communication at this location shame you you !!!!!!!

Ledo's pizza is fantastic, but these people are incompetent. Ordered an 8 and 18" pizza and received an 8 and 14 inch. Staff insisted they provided the right size, box says otherwise. When openly told it was wrong, staff stood silent. Was not provided an itemized receipt to show charges. Will not get pizza from this location again.

The gentleman was nice but the food wasn't very good only thing we liked out of the two subs and kids meal was the mozzarella sticks couldn't even get him to eat his nuggets and on the website it says the kids meals comes with desert and when i asked he said thats not true and decided to hand us a applesauce and we couldn't finish our subs because they had either no taste or tasted funny between the two not impressed at all

I love the pizza but this... this is the Italian salad. It literally has ONE piece of provolone. ONE salami. ONE pepperoni. I didn't have tomatoes, pepperocini or olives bc gross. The silliest salad. So if you want lettuce, this is the salad for you. Yeah, it's a pizza place but some people want something else and if they're gonna offer it, how about some more freaking toppings for $8.49.
I visited Ledo Pizza in Bel air with my girlfriend. It was very busy but we were quickly seated. Our food was out in minutes after ordering and it was hot and delicious. Highly recommend! Best ledo pizza in the grater Baltimore area.
I don't know how some Bel Air Pizza Restaurants (Crust, Slices Pizza, Pizza Boli's and now Ledo Pizza) mess up pizza of all foods, but they find a way to do so! Overpriced, horrible pizza! I'm going to make my own, at least if it's bad, it's my fault! Per request below, I did as instructed and still haven't heard anything regarding my complaint!

I just had another (I'm a regular dine in customer) fine lunch at Ledo Pizza in Bel Air, Maryland. The very conscientious owner, Mr. Moyeen, and I had a good conversation about his family and our fine country and his entrepreneurial endeavors here (community promotions, discounts to uniformed service personnel, etc. . .). If you're a Bel Air local who hasn't tried it out, you won't be disappointed. Matt

Very clean restaurant! Staff was organized and very welcoming. The food was amazing and barely any wait time! Definitely better then White Marsh.
