don't bother going late at night... no customers in line still waited 5 minutes for someone to answer the drive through when the inside was already closed for the night then my sandwich was incorrect 2 times and person who was there very rude ignored me at the window and snatched the old sandwich back multiple times that THEY made incorrectly not the first time i've had issues here but will definitely be my last wont visit this location again!

There on a Friday morning when several groups of retired men, perhaps some veterans, were meeting. One in front of me ordered a coffee and was told repeatedly by an abrupt counter employee that they didn’t have change for his paper money. Really? He needed 4 more cents. I and another gentleman finally offered the money, but by then the customer had walked away in frustration. Not sure he ever got his coffee. I asked to speak to the store manager because of the employee’s poor customer service attitude and was told by her she was the store manager. How nice. I asked for her name since she had no name badge and she replied “I have no name”. In addition to poor counter service, the restrooms were dirty and the soda machine needed servicing. Not a well run operation.

Waited about 5 plus minutes to be greeted at least or service. I gave up after what seemed to be a supervisor walked up to the register and looked at me right in my eyes and still didn't ask if I was helped. She just grabbed the till and looked at me again and walked away. I decided to just do it on a kiosk instead even though I didn't want to touch it. As I wrote this I watched the same thing with another customer waiting and waiting for help. Also the nuggets were old and that's crazy for the lunch rush.

I used to visit this McDonald's a lot. And I have now decreased my visits because of the service that occurs here. Either I have to wait for a extended period of time because of the orders before me or the order is wrong. I took a chance and stopped at this McDonalds on my way home only to experience another bad visit. I called the survey line and NO one has reached back out regarding my experience here. I asked for sweet and sour sauce because both my son and I like with our fries. This is the first time EVER I have been told that there was a charge. Sandy the manager was rude about giving me the sauce. After that I refused to pull to another spot for the fear of my order being wrong and having to go in to correct that issue as well. She then got mad at me. I have waited in this line multiple times for my food, there was no reason why the vehicles behind didn't had to wait. Then when I finally got my order, it was "thrown" together. This is not how customers should be treated!

Very clean McDonalds....i ordered on the screens inside, and i do not understand why they say they will bring the food to your table when they do not....and then when i pu my food tray at least have the staff say "good morning" or "hello", they were not rude just did not say anything.

Do not recommend going here. All workers are ignorant and disrespectful. They were not nice and loud when i was trying to enjoy my meal. These 2 guys were standing looking outside of the window in the seating area looking outside and starting to bang on the window. The people I was with all looked at them as they were disturbing us as we were eating our meal. The 2 guys turn around ask "what are you looking at, we are dumb as f$ck and bored." We turn around and continue our meal. They eventually walk by us and say "shut up you ugly a$$ helmet kid." There was no need for them to say that, we didn't do anything to them and they were being disrespectful stay away from that McDonald's.

On Friday December 1, 2023 was the fastest service experienced through the drive-thru for breakfast. There were a lot of cars and I was expecting to be sitting in my car for a bit. The line moved so quickly that it took them less than 5 minutes. Great job for the morning crew.
