The interior looked amazing, with nice decor displayed on the walls and a layout that was different from any other McDonald's I've ever been to. Although customer service is still available, I could tell from their new layout that the restaurant is leaning more towards contactless service, which I'm personally all for it.The customer service was extremely good. I was greeted by staff as soon as I entered, and my food was brought out to me in a timely manner. The order accuracy was great, nothing was missing, including the extra condiments we ordered to have with our breakfast.The only downside was that the interior was dirty. Although we were there for breakfast, it was apparent that the trash was from the night before because there were french fries throughout the dining room, as well as straw wrappers, and ketchup packets. The tables were also sticky from soda residue.With a score of 21 out of 25, I give this restaurant a B.“
“Very clean McDonalds....i ordered on the screens inside, and i do not understand why they say they will bring the food to your table when they do not....and then when i pu my food tray at least have the staff say "good morning" or "hello", they were not rude just did not say anything.“
“Need more training at the register at least 40% of the time when I order a steak egg and cheese bagel sub muffin they convert the order to a steak egg and cheese muffin which has a different kind of egg in it and they don't always put the onions and breakfast sauce on it. I order extra cups of breakfast sauce and sometimes they're full and sometimes they're only 50% full. 10/31/23“
“All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely in the top 5 mickey D's I've ever been to.Parking: Entire shopping center parking lot attached to this location along with their own parking (mainly for handicap from what I could see) and drive through without much hassle.“
“Needs a lot of improving. Staff has customers wait too long, orders get mixed up, Chick-fila needs to buy out all the MC Donalds. ??Vegetarian options: I'm not a meat eater. For veggies have more, fresh options.Wheelchair accessibility: Never see ramps, or staff helping someone that needs help at all.“
