The food was good although for the price I will say that there should have been more noodles but don't get me wrong, it was very filling and I had a little leftover to take home. I also had their sweetened ice tea with a lemon slice in it which was delicious as

This was my worst experience in any food establishment ever, in my 40 years in Bel Air. I will be contacting the General Manager immediately come tomorrow.Other than the very kind new girl who took my order, and the lost soul male teen cleaning behind the counter, the only other person there was rude, obnoxious and disrespectful. I ordered food and expecting it to be at least of decent quality, and I was sorely disappointed. When I nicely and respectfully brought it to the managers attention, it went downhill from there. I can absolutely say the only good thing is that I learned something tonight. I learned that I will not step foot in that place again. It’s good to know these things, knowledge is power.

I really do enjoy this place. I've found my food is most often very good. My only note is that a few times I've ordered Mac and cheese while dining in. It came out with shredded cheese unmelted on the top, which really ought to be melted first. But other than that, no complaints.

Buyer beware!!! We placed an online order for pick up in Bel Air. When we arrived we were told it would just be a minute. After waiting for a half hour, we were informed that someone else had picked up our order. Apparently the staff said that this happens A LOT there. Nothing was done besides them remaking our order. I would not order anything from there ever!!

I’ve been a customer of this place for years, today I placed an order for my family of 3. My boy always orders the same thing butter noodles. Two of them one for dinner and one for later. His portion of butter noodles was so small it barely filled half of the large container. I got the penne Rosa which consists of pasta, spinach and mushrooms, I got three leaves of spinach and a total of five pieces of mushrooms. Extremely disappointed with my order today.

Food was terrible. Not hot and not even cooked enough to be considered "El dante"...I was sad as this used to be a good place to eat. Will not return. And they will no longer pan fry the potstickers - only steam them.

My 1st time there. I didn't know what to get. So I played it safe and for rhe Ceasars Salas with grilled chicken. My bill was $13.11 I gave the girl $15.25. 1st she looked at my 10 and said she couldn't take it because it had writing on it. It was at little 37 om a corner. So after a few words I gave her a $20.25She then said here is your quarter back I said I gave it to you so I wouldn't get all that change. She said she didn't know how to count the money backOh My!! My food came it was terrible I thought it was a side salad. Well I'll never go back...
We had a door dash delivery. When I started to eat my Japanese noodles, there was a long blonde hair in it. Tossed it in trash and called noodles and company. The response was take it up with door dash. Door dash is not responsible for the hair. The manager brushed off the issue and a health violation!

I absolutely love coming here, they always get my order right and the staff are always kind and personable. What I like is the atmosphere the employees have shows that they like interacting with customers. Some places like Subway or Taco Bell or any other place have rude employees or people that very clearly do not want to be there. Noodle's has always been a good place for me and my family.

The soda machine in the BelAir site had no coke products in the machine. When I went up to the counter to ask about it. The girl behind the counter said "I know been like that for awhile & I'm busy with all these orders." Really? Then why not tell the cashier so I didn't pay for it & offer me a refill in the first place? When I asked her again she turned around annoyed and states just go get what you want from the bottles. Not good customer service if you ask me.
