We feel like family here! We come almost every Friday and enjoy trying new things on the menu. We have never been disappointed. The staff at the front desk is always welcoming and our waiters and waitress have been phenomenal. They are family friendly and always warm and welcoming to my rambunctious 2 year old. She has broken glass and spilled too many drinks that I care to admit and they’ve always been so understanding and kind to us. I couldn’t not recommend this restaurant more

Noisy echoey room made it hard for people to hear a normal conversation. Their raw brick walls do them no favours. Service dreadful at lunch 1 hr 20 min before food began to be served. Everyone ordered only soup & salad or soup & sandwich. Crab soup was good; salmon salad was good; chicken salad was bland boring & mediocre. Inattentive slow waitress--several times we had to go to reception to get her to the table. She failed to return several credit cards until pressed. This was a very bad lunch experience. There are dozens of places to go in Bel Air that are much better. We'll not be going back.

Hands down one of the best Cubans ever (as long as you skip the honey mustard and sub dijon). Check out the gorgeous new high tech fireplaces between the barrel room and the former wine shop! What a great idea, congrats Pairings!

Had Easter Brunch reservations this afternoon around 1:00. Was seated immediately which was nice. Hubby ordered a Nutty Irishman and I had a Mimosa. The drinks were lovely as usual. The service was excellent. We were very well attended. The buffet though…I was pretty underwhelmed about the quality of the buffet. Every single “hot” item I tried was not hot at all. The breakfast potatoes were mostly undercooked (had a few smaller pieces that weren’t raw and they tasted fine although they desperately needed seasoning). Had a piece of beef from the carving station. It was bland and not warm. The Charcuterie board was incredibly picked over. Not sure if they were planning on refreshing any of it. The French toast was pretty good. I had a taste of the gnocchi. It seemed pretty decent. My teens were also underwhelmed by the food quality. They ate a bunch of snacks right after we got home. All in all…underwhelming. I was a little surprised as I’ve enjoyed dinner and appetizers there in the past. I’m sure I will enjoy ordering off menu in the future. The brunch buffet just wasn’t it for me….especially for $50/pp.

Keep in mind that this is coming from someone that likes to keep things "simple"went for the buffet. Also went for Easter Brunch.Food itself was really good but the egg omelets were the most questionable thing.small, taste was super pungent for what's supposed to be yellow egg and honestly it didn't really look like an omelet. I was people watching and everyone receiving the omelets were like "what??" First omelet I never liked and honestly don't know how you do "too much" with an omelet.Buffet is probably my biggest complaint of the entire thing. The only real buffet style food they had in a BUFFET was sausage and potatoes. Ffs they had a charcuterie board as one of the options... what kinda buffet is fhat?? When I imagine a buffet I think "Eggs, Potatoes, Sausage, Ham, Pancakes, Waffles, French toast, you name it" they had TWO of those things. Sausage and Potatoes which were very good but the selection was terrible. Food AND drinks provided was a 7/10.Also the place we sat I thought I was in the Smithsonian. Incredibly dark, small and congested, but the rest of the place wasn't bad.Boujee is fine but make the buffet make a little more sense. A buffet is not really meant to be sophisticated in my opinion.Selection wasn't good, where I sat I didn't like the atmosphere. Waiters were great ?All and all for a brunch buffet this was a total miss for me. The entire thing felt like they were doing too much and none of it really added up.But again keep in mind I'm not a boujee person, I like to keep things simple and basic and this place felt like they missed in all the areas they shouldn't have and also did too much with the stuff they did have.5/10

I just wanted to leave a review on my wonderful experience at Pairings today for Easter brunch. Savannah was a wonderful waitress. Her work ethic and mannerisms were outstanding. The food was excellent. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food & quality. I would highly recommend Pairings for brunch or any other time. I will definitely be back to visit Savannah & enjoy a great meal. Thank you again A+++

What a wonderful idea to have an Easter Buffet that was out of this world! There were so many selections many made to order entrées, as well as delicious, mimosas, and wines to choose from. The lines went quickly. There was abundant food, and always pleasantries from the staff.

We've eaten at Pairings many times and have never been disappointed. For Sunday Brunch, we were very much so. Our reservation was for 1 pm. Our server, Phil was knowledgeable and efficient. The drinks and salads were delicious ! However, the lamb chops were cold and the beef was tough. Our desserts were tasty as well. It was an unfortunate occurrence, and will make me leery of doing Easter Brunch there again! I would probably order from the menu which was provided, if I were to do brunch there again.

Went for Easter Brunch. The food was mostly very good with a couple exceptions. The bacon on the buffet was close to raw. Our waiter did bring us some well cooked crispy bacon. On the crab mac N cheese the crab was refrigerator cold with hot mac N cheese. The carver for the prime rib provided only medium well and well done for what we requested as rare or medium rare. All other food & drink items were excellent. Our server Phil was outstanding and made everything worth the trip.

It took 25 minutes to receive our first drink order. Server seemed very busy but did bring us bread while we waited. We both ordered steaks and mine had to be sent back for it being cooked the wrong temperature. I asked for medium and it came out basically raw. They brought me another one and it came back medium rare but I kept that dish because I didn't want to send it back again. The manager did come out to check on the steak which was nice and the server offered an appetizer while I waited for my food. The cocktails we ordered were really the only good part of our dinner. They still make the best espresso martini. Overall the place is too expensive and the menu is very limited. We weren't planning on going there last night because the last few times we have gone it has been disappointing. We decided to go because we had a gift card. Pairings used to be one of our favorite places but I don't know that we will be back anytime soon.

It was the first time there for me but my wife had been there before and really loved it. We had the pairings menu. Which Includes an appetizer entree and dessert and each comes with a glass of wine. I had the cream of crab soup which was amazing, they give you extra Crab on a spoon and extra sherry which really enhanced the flavors. Entree was a steak on the menu that was cooked perfectly and the wife had the scallops which were also done to perfection. If you didn't like a wine that they paired with the course they would replace it. Staff was right on top of things your empty plate was removed as soon as you pushed it to the side and everyone was friendly. Can't wait to go back again.

We always enjoy Pairings. Everything from the time we sat down to the time we left was wonderful. The food is fabulous, we have never been disappointed with any of our choices. We always do the wine pairings, as suggested, but you also have the option to choose whatever wine you prefer during that course. If you have never tried Pairings, give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

Love this placeNot only is the food outstanding but it was artfully served. Can't say enough about how good the French Fries were.
