$35 for 2 ten inche pizzas through door dash is absolutely ridiculous. And the pizza wasn't even that great. I remember when Papa John's was the pizza everyone went for but now I'll never buy from them again. $35 for 2 ten inche pizzas is highway robbery and the only reason I ordered was to treat my son. And he was the only one who got pizza with how tiny they were. I'm baffled at how they think this is ok. Never again will they get my business. Of course I couldve made my own but it's the treat and convenience of it. I'm just one person so it doesn't matter if I buy here again or not, I just wanted to say how i felt and how it was all around. There are way better choices and more pocket friendly businesses out there that have better pizza. Papa John's just isn't what it used to be. At least at this location it isn't.Minimum wage increases really have destroyed the working class and their work ethic along with cost. Unbelievable. And gene has made it even worse sadly.The only ones who get credit for good work ethic anymore are the dashes and hubbers.Again $35 for 2 ten inche pizzas. That is just ridiculous. For sub par pizza to boot. I'm ashamed to live in Bel Air anymore. Papa John Schnatter should be ashamed of himself.

It’s Papa John’s. This location is generally my go to location for over 5 years now.They’ve messed up a few orders now and then, but always make it right. It’s usually them forgetting to put a topping on that was ordered. But my pizzas here have always been cooked right and when delivered, it’s been hot.

I always get great pizzas but today I asked for meats and veggies to be on only half. There were barely any put on and only one peice of pepperoni. Very disappointed.

Can only get take out, delivery or curb side. They are always quick and courteous. If they are on the phone, another employee will come over and assist. Good is consistent and good.
We ordered 2 pizzas. My 3 kids ate them and started having stomachache, vomiting, and diarrhea. We called the store to inform them about it. The person's response was only sorry.

Trash, more grease than food, and they can't read or cook. Pizza came with a see through bottom and no pepperoni. Then when a refund was requested I was denied, complete trash.

The food was great and their customer service was amazing. The delivery driver I had DJ went above and beyond for me, which is an understatement. And I will definitely be coming back in the future, especially because of the amazing workers.

Don't know how service or food is here but I had a complaint about the edgewater store. Manger here was very nice and gave me the number to the vp of the area for Papa John's. I would recommend this store over the edgewater store at anytime.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The female who was working on 10/31/2022 around 5:30 needs to be fired!I placed an order at 11am for a delivery time of 5:00pm. 5:30 rolls around no food! I call and ask what was going on and the lady working yells and says "DONT MAKE ME GET NASTY WE ARE BUSY, YOUR PIZZA WILL BE THERE IN 3 HOURS!" Then hangs up on me!
