This was my first and last visit to this place. Bread was so hard it cut the roof of my mouth. They put so much Italian seasoning on my turkey sub that I'm not sure if the turkey even had any flavor. Maybe 3 slices of turkey on my $13 sub. I really wanted to like this place but it's a hard pass. I should have known when I saw the sloppy young lady at the register. If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. My suggestion would be pass it up and find a good sub shop.

Love Primos! Excellent food! You have to get the Primos rolls though. The sesame + freshly baked makes their subs primo!

I crave these subs all the time - by far the best sub shop in the area! Best hoagie chain around. i wish there were more locations in maryland. Primos needs to advertise around so they can stick around. the food speaks for itself. and the service is friendly. i recommend ordering ahead and just picking up. New management is awesome. THE QUALITY OF INGREDIENTS IS A+++ Bread is amazing!!

We went to primos for dinner tonight and they hit it out of the park. The customer service of the two gentleman was fantastic! We came home to the most delicious subs that made our taste buds dance. Go get one of these subs and the dirt pudding!

Used to love this place but cleanliness has gone seriously downhill. While waiting for our subs the employee frequently wiped his nose directly on his gloves and never changed them. Touched every surface in the place and then made our food with the same gloves on. I’m not a huge germaphobe but it was not ok.

I don’t know how anyone could say anything except positive things about this place! I am a serious sub/sandwich lover and this is the best sub I have ever had (I’ve eaten everywhere in the area)! Very high quality meats, great flavor, super friendly staff and to top it off they give a great discount to front line workers. Hands down my new favorite sub place!

Would have been zero stars if allowed. Table was dirty. No other customers and at least three employees were present. The worst part was the bread was so hard I could hardly chew it and it left the inside of my mouth sore! Minimal amount of meat and toppings for what was supposed to be their #1 hoagie. I don’t recommend and I will not be back.

They were training new employees so the Italian subs took about 15 minutes to make but you gotta cut them some slack for that plus they were very apologetic. The subs were great. Lots of meat and all the fixens.
Yesterday’s bread totally ruined a perfectly good sub today. Glad I didn’t buy a large one. Very disappointing.

Todays experience was not the best. The dining room was in shambles. The employees had their drinks on the table. See photo below. The prep area was very messy. The staff got our order completely mixed up. I ordered the mild Italian and my companion ordered the sharp Italian. His sandwich came out with my toppings and my sandwich came with his toppings. One of the employees was eating in view of customers.I’m rather unimpressed by today’s visit. I’ll be rethinking my next visit.

WOW!! Finally a place with authentic Italian subs. My wife and I got an Italian and a Supremo to split. First off, these subs are HUGE!! 2 "Primo" sized subs were more than enough. They were so good, we went back this past weekend to try their cheese steak. The steaks were unbelievable! NOTHING in the area compares to these subs. If you haven't tried them yet, you're definitely missing out!

Second time in a row they didn’t give DoorDash our entire order, my wife is not getting her food again, I call the store and they refuse to make it right, and door dash refuses to have the entire order re-made as we told the we’re not going to eat until all of the order arrives and the subs will be soggy.
