Customer service is a bit subpar. I ordered a personal pizza online and then when I got there saw a sign for a medium $8.99 pizza. I asked if I could upgrade mine to a medium since it’s the same price and the man working said that it was already made so he couldn’t do it. I responded with it’s not advertised anywhere on the website or I would have ordered that and he said you have to search it under specials and “maybe next time!” Pretty annoying lol I feel scammed, I don’t think it would’ve been that difficult to just let me pay the extra 50 cents for the bigger pizza.

Ordered a carryout on 1-12-2024 at 6:30pm. Placed the order of 24 count chicken wings. When I got home with them they were the most terrible wings I ever had. They were hard to chew and the skin was completely dry as well as the inside. They tasted like old grease and smelled like it. I guess that's why they were running a special on them will never get anything from them again. It was brought to my attention that the chicken was there and refrigerated for a long time. My friend is a chef and said to get ride of them because how they looked and smelled. Waste of good money.Joe

Food Was Fantastic - Dined In - Staff is awesome and the manager Jonny himself was outstanding helped me and friend out with recommendations and made sure we enjoyed our food. On top of that me and my friend stopped in to eat because his car broke down in front of the restaurant and we wanted a break and to fuel up before we went back at it.The manager Jonny was so nice he even helped us diagnose what was happening and why it wouldn’t start. I highly recommend coming here the staff here goes above and beyond for there customers and I definitely will be coming back after this experience. 5 stars for me!

Pizza was burnt and hard. The chicken wings were pale and kinda coated with sauce. I got an instant stomach ache after eating. I don't like to complain but.... It just sucks spending $35 on pizza and wings that were just not good. ?

Ordered online. Wings and pizza deal. They were much faster than expected. Wings were so hot the garlic parm sauce slipped right off…no flavor and pretty much all fat. Not good at all. The pizza tasted like half an upgrade from school pizza. Very much not interested in trying them again.

I walked in at 4 pm. I tried tonorder 2 slices of pizza they had a combo displaying 2 slices and a drin for a special which apparently ended at 4pm. so I get that I couldn't get the deal but tou cant sell me to slicea of pizza at 4pm but you could have at 359? price wasnt the issue. I just wanted to slices not a whole pizza.
I ordered delivery and it was timely and accurate. Food was hot and in good condition when I got it.

I assumed this would be just another run-of-the-mill pizza place and put off trying it for years. The price was ok. I ordered two extra large pizzas with two toppings for 13.99 each, which was a take out special they run. These pizzas are definitely not extra large, maybe large. I got a pepperoni and sausage, which was uninspiring. I liked the pepperoni and onion better. The sauce is sweet, and the crust is thin enough to be tolerable with a little bit of burn on the crust (just how a good Neopolitan should be). The cheese to sauce ratio was also perfect. I would order again from Seasons.
