I really want to give this restaurant a 5 star review but I can't. I LOVE their food, especially their pizza steak ?. Their pizza, steaks subs, fries, burgers, and their breakfast sandwiches are all GREAT too. The girls at the register are ALWAYS so polite. 5 STARS ON FOOD AND SERVICEMY ONE HUGE PROBLEM IS THE BATHROOMS. I always eat in but I don't use their bathroom, everytime I have tried they were DISCUSSING. I go use the bathroom at a store close by.SLICES PLEASE WORK ON CLEANING YOUR BATHROOMS.
I placed an order and the delivery driver left my food on the wrong porch and allowed a child to take my order inside their house. The same thing happened last year when I lived a few miles over from the house I live at now. Mistakes happen but what’s ridiculous is the counter girl answering the phone acting like I’m stealing food when it’s the drivers fault. 2 1/2 hours later I’m still waiting for the replacement food and I wasn’t offered a discount. Insane. Will not be getting food from here again and it’s a shame because their food is decent but the customer service isn’t worth it. One time they put barbecue sauce on my cold cut sub? Who does that? And refused a refund.

Wow! Eat here! Just stop reading and order!! We tried Slices years ago and it was fine. But now, it's FANTASTIC! I'm not sure what happened, new people? new management? Just time? But, whatever it is, it works! The pizza is so good, the cheese is quality, the crust and sauce... perfect. I'm picky about pizza. The subs are also so good, especially the cheesesteak! Even the fries are crispy, not soggy. If you tried it before, try it again! Our new family favorite place to order, with a house full of teenage boys, the fact they agree is enough for us!

Placed a phone order for breakfast pizzas for an office party. The young lady who took the order sounded irritated by the call. She wasn’t overtly rude, but I felt like an inconvenience to her. When I picked up the pizzas the next morning, I wasn’t surprised to find that she had got my order wrong. So tired of the lousy customer service that seems to be common place these days. If you’re willing to take my money, at least pretend to care.

Find is absolutely disgusting I get the same thing I got from here from hilltop all the time except hilltop is 6$ cheaper and there food is amazing I wanted to try something different today because o jist wanted to give it a try because I live very close to this place and I wish I would have spent my 40$ at the place I'm used to because it's very bad also they forgot part of my order it's not a good look for a first time customer this is literally the only time I'm my life I have ever left a review on a restaurant I don't like to complain but I was very disappointed I even got my son a pepperoni pizza his favorite food and he tool 2 bites and said it was gross.

The cheesesteaks are great and the deal for $13.99 for 8 in sub, French fries, and bottle soda is pretty darn good. The subs have plenty of meat and cheese on them. Very tasty!!! Thanx guys!!!

Alright I do feel bad saying this because I do love this place and continue to go with work friends. The food is good for the price and the employees are always very nice. However the bathrooms are GROSSS. I only say this in hopes the owner sees and will keep up with it better. Every time we’ve gone there. And we go right when they open. The toilets are dirty the door and floor look as if they haven’t been cleaned in months, not exaggerating. Very unsanitary. Which makes you question the rest of the store. I can’t add pictures so just take my word for it. There’s visible dirt grease and finger prints all over the door. And toilet very clearly doesn’t get cleaned daily.UPDATE: months later and it’s still gross. Feces on the toilet. People in the back picking their nose. Ew. Finding a new spot to go

The pepperoni pizza slices were good. The atmosphere could be better. The service was fairly quick but they brought the food to the wrong table. The place need to be painted and needs a deep deep cleaning. Everything was dirty. I did see one of the young ladies wiping down a table with a clorox wipe after a family left but hardly got the whole table.
A good friend of mine told me how good the pizza was here and I was actually on my way up to Bel Air to patronize this place until I looked at the reviews, pictures and complaints of how nasty the bathrooms are and cut my trip short and just went to bacca's.

We called for a delivery at 930 at night on new years eve and Slices had no problem taking our order. The portions are huge and the food was great. They helped some tired, hungry healthcare workers get through the long night ☺️ We will definitely be ordering again!
