A good Hamburger, ordered a hamburger, single stacked it was almost the same price as a double stacked, I should have ordered the double stack. I ordered a side of Onion Rings an additional $9 for 6 onion rings, and a small soft drink. Very Very expensive for what they offer, and just because of that I probably won't be back. Food is decent, place is clean. Service was good, very high priced for what they offered.

I didn't have a bad experience I just thought the burgers lack character, like it's the definition of MID I hate to say it but I feel like I've had batter burger from a wing spot like buffalo wild wings and they don't even have burger in their title. Just wasnt impressed with

The food here is honestly very average but the juiciness is like no other, and the fries were perfect. Something to consider is that they did get my order wrong before. Service was not that bad as the food is just grab and go. The milkshakes got to be one of the best items on their list but their so darn expensive. But speaking of expensive, my whole order was 30 dollars. There are normally not much people in this place so its pretty quiet inside the place and I like that.

The food here is simply too expensive and the burgers taste like they are made with some kind of filler. The service was so-so, but the older dude covered in tattoos was talking to his co-workers in a loud voice like he was sitting around his living room. Overall, a terrible experience. The only good thing was the overpriced shakes, they were tasty.

Ordered online tonight 12/17/2023 - ordered a double burger and only checked pickles and cheese. Ordered a double bacon burger and unchecked everything that was checked leaving just cheese checked. Picked up my order, went home, and realized all the stuff that I unchecked on the bacon burger was on it. Looked at the ticket and confirmed that it said just double bacon with yellow cheese. I called the store, and 'Chris' the manager, proceeded to tell me that they make it that way unless I say 'plain' (I explained it was an order placed online, and that I unchecked everything and my ticket even showed just cheese) He said, he didn't care, his ticket says just cheese but unless I ordered it plain, that's the way they make it. I asked for a refund, and he said no, he made it correctly. I asked how do I order 'plain' on the website, when the only thing I checked was cheese and unchecked everything else. He said he didn't know how on the website, and said he made it right way with cheese. Then he hung up on me. I called backed and asked for the manager's name (since he didn't give it to me the first call) and he said, "Yea, I'm the manager, Chris!" I asked if the owner was in (familiar with the couple that owns this franchise [at least Patty B.]) - he said no, and said do you want to come in and get a new burger? I said I didn't want to drive all the way back out there in the rain and again said, my ticket said, double burger with cheese. He said "I don't give a F*CK what your ticket said!" I told him I was recording the call and he said "I don't give a D*AMN!" and hung up on me again. Let it be known, the food (and service) are normally fantastic. Not sure what Chris had going on tonight.

My new go to for fresh burgers and fries. First time visiting and I was very impressed. Fries were delicious and burgers were juicy and cook as ordered. I will definitely return in the near future.

Personally if a friend hadnt paid for it I would have asked for my money back. The burger was overcooked.

Overall, I would say that Wayback Burgers in Bel Air is a decent place to get a burger, but the customer service could definitely be improved. My experience with the customer service was far from favorable. When I asked for additional ketchup packets, the employee behind the counter seemed reluctant to give them to me. The individual told me that ketchup was available on the tables. Then grudgingly handed me two packets. This individual did so in a way that made me feel like I was being a nuisance.
