My mother and I visited this location Saturday night (03/23/24). The shift supervisor Kristen and assistant Dustin were absolutely excellent. I took the time to write this just for their extraordinary customer service. They guided us through the app helping us save money and create a more wholesome experience. Oh... The burgers were delicious too (Wendy's> bk,mcd) but the customer service was even better! Will be back! Thank you for your help and positivity.

What a waste of money how do I have to wait an extended time for my food and still receive old garbage cold food and I paid for a big bacon classic and got 2 flakes of bacon on it that were barely even recognizable and the whole burger is just bad. 0/10 giving me food like this shows a complete lack of caring for your job and customers ????you should be fired.

Me and my friends came here to get food before one of my friend's basketball games and it was kind of slow. The food was pretty mid and it cost 12 bucks for one burger

Had the impeccably clean and recently remodeled dining room to ourselves. They made us fresh fries and were friendly and accommodating. I haven't been to a Wendy's in a while (drive by this one several times a month TBH) - I'll be coming back.

I live in the Aberdeen area and I travel to Forest Hill just to get my Wendy's. I absolutely love Wendy's. In my opinion they are better than McDonald's (I don't even eat McDonald's anymore) and they are better than Burger King. They even made a mistake on our order at this Wendy's and they fixed it with no problems. The workers were polite and friendly. Honestly they need to CLOSE the Wendy's in Aberdeen!!!
