I was by my door waiting for my delivery, saw the delivery person parked at the wrong driveway called him to pull from the wrong driveway refused, the pizza box look like it was opened. I said that because the edge of the box was not closed, it was a one finger lift the box was opened, also the box was very oily like it was a used box. Because of my suspicions, I did not eat the pizza a whole $30.00 went down the drain. The delivery person also have the nerve to asked me for tip, and the worse part he refused to give me my receipt. Will never order from Dominion pizza at Beltsville again.

They delay or cancel orders with no explanation if you try to redeem Domino's rewards or promotions. They also hung up when I called.

It is good for a domino's. Taste and service are great. Make sure to get your pan pizza well done or it might be a bit doughy. I think people's expectations are too high considering the low prices and fast-food nature of the chain.

I would say they have great customer service but the pizza was awful. I ordered a medium meatzzza without ham with bell peppers and it was undercooked. I got the pan pizza thinking it would be a bit crispy around the edges but I was mistaken. It was super doughy and the cheese and toppings weren't cooked all the way. Couldn't even eat it or even the toppings.
Not even cooked thru I’ll go back to papa johns at least their food not rawI decided to come here thinking that it would be good since I didn’t have it in a long time I was wrong just seems like they’re rushing and that will be OK if it was actually accurate

just my opinion. You can't place an order. The person who answers the phone talks to you in an insolent way. The lady didn't really attend to me until my hunger went away.
