Stopped through to pass some time for Happy Hour and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were amazing, Aisha at the bar and Domo as the server were both on point. Both checked in on me to make sure my experience was great. Drinks were strong, and crab fries were DELICIOUS. Will definitely return and tell others about this spot. Black owned businesses, take notes.

I got a crab cake and crab fries. The crab cake is ok I’ve had better it’s not the worse crab cake but not the best either so I doubt I would get it again. But the crab fries MY GOODNESS Sooooo good and delicious! I can’t wait to get them again! The parking is really tight and not many spots. I found this place just by looking on Google not by recommendation from anyone and I must say good choice and I will be recommending Jody’s now. Overall good place great customer service the ladies were nice and helpful and great crab fries

Went here as soon as they opened and enjoyed the vibe. It was me, my friend, and the set up staff. The service was elite, especially since it was my first time. The food was on point, and the drinks were a bit interesting but strong. The flavoring for the drinks made them interesting, but good. The mood of this venue is definitely grown and sexy, but in moderation.

Went here last night around 10. We sat inside and waited over an hour for our food. We got bang bang shrimp & the crab cake sandwhich. The food was a 7/10. The bartender with the blonde hair said the next round of drinks would be "on her" since we waited so long. She still charged us. Tacky.

One of the best places if not the best place to go get some food! The manager had excellent customer skills and couldn't have done her job any better. The staff also do an amazing job of managing the many customers they get while keeping the atmosphere and spirits high. The drinks are always great and the music is always playing all the right songs. If you haven't yet you should 1000% come check this place out. You'll go once and fall in love! I know I did.

First time ordering from here. I did take out. Crab cake sandwich 10/10. Toasted and buttered the brioche buns. Jumbo lump and not unnecessary fillers, nice sauce on the side. I enjoyed !! Even the side Cesar had quality parm and croutons. Next choice will be the surf and turf burger or wings !

We came up IKEA from Fairfax, VA and we saw this place based on Google recommendation. For the first time, I was very impressed that the waitress was very very sweet and was willing to accommodate my request which she was happy to close the door for me while there was a DJ. We ordered Moody Burger, Wings, and Philly Steak Subway and they all were so GOOD!!!! Did I said their fries are so chamo delicious?! The bay ones are so good.Highly recommend to come by!!!! Don’t be afraid the looks of outside. The interior is very nice. The waitresses are super friendly.We are definitely coming by again when we visit this area again!
Went during a storm and the staff was extremely accommodating in finding us a table that they cleaned and dried for us on the patio. I was so impressed with the hostess and our waitress and their hospitality and customer service. The wings and salmon blt were delicious and so was the strawberry mojito. Will def be back!

Absolutely horrible service but the manager was cool. A friend and I visited "Jody's Good Mood Cafe" on 7/31/21 in the early evening. After encountering the server who sat in the doorway of the restaurant on her cell phone which was a bit odd, we decided to sit outside.After placing a drink order it took 35+ minutes to receive a soda and 2 cups of ice water. The server blamed it on the bartender. We received forks but no knives. Each food order placed included fries but we received only 1 order until I reminded her that the other order also included fires. Did I mention her attitude because it was not pleasant as if it was the customer fault that it took 35+ minutes for water and a soda and we had no knives.The saving grace was the manager a gentleman named Maurice who assured us that things would improve. I am not sure what type of service they had in the past but I can tell you for a fact not only was the service bad, but they advertised seafood and they didn't have crab cakes or salmon. That's right the items advertised were not in stock. We may go back but that is going to require some strong prayer.

Came here for a happy hour with friends my first time. Food was great! Drinks and the time it took to actually get the drinks were terrible! Ordered a Daiquiri and it tasted like watered down slurpee. The crab cake sandwich and Old at fries are amazing though.
