Si me and my girl decided bike to Wendy’s cause it’s down the street , as we walk try to enter the building both of the doors were locked. So went enter through the other side I’m just curious why the dine in was close at 8:00 pm when your time on the door dine in close at what like 10 or 11 . So we proceed to get our order through the drive tru. Which we never done on a bike but mind you we were refuse at the counter because the lobby is “closed” . As we make our way to the window , the manage proceeds to say that we can make our order with our bicycle, after we paid and everything . Not only was our service denied inside while it was still early , our fries were cold, gave me the wrong drink . And honestly dissatisfied with the meal.

This place feels dirty, and good luck getting what you ordered. Service is absolutely horrible. Majority act like you are disturbing them at home. Don't bother doing online ordering for carry out because you are bound to show up with doors locked. It's so hard to get in and out of this place that I typically park in the lot next door and walk over so I always do carry out but I show up and doors are locked and for 10 minutes I'm standing there telling them I don't have my car, and my order was paid for. 10 whole minutes. Go to calverton to their Wendy's, skip this place.

I asked for fries right out of the pot and got limp, barely warm fries. I asked for them to be replaced. They had me move to the pick-up space. I waited 20 minutes for 4 minute fries. I finally went back to the window and asked for my fries. Among unkind looks, I got hot fries. I won't go back there again.

Bathroom was dirty and hand dryer was broken and there was no paper towels.The soda machine lacked most options.Food was slow because, "the meat had to cook."When we got our food my burger was WET (why was it wet?!There was no ketchup on the dispenser, no napkins in our bag or at the station.At least two employees spent our entire visit gossiping in the dining area.

Service was very slow, BUT our food was excellent. My only issue was that the meat in the chili looked like it had been pureed in a blender, so there were no chunks of meat. It was flavorful tho. The store is extremely dated and needs a facelift badly. UPDATE: This store is currently closed and undergoing renovation.

It's Beltsville Wendy's, kinda hard to go wrong...but it's Beltsville Wendy's at the same time, so don't go expecting anything special either. My food was hot and fresh, and usually is from this place. But I also didn't get what I ordered, although my receipt would say otherwise, I didn't get the bacon added that I requested. To be fair, it's like $1.75 extra, and three strips really isn't worth that. So no harm no foul. Not that I probably needed it anyway lol.Parking: Tons of parking. Biggest lot out of them all fast food wise in BeltsvilleWheelchair accessibility: Is definitely wheelchair friendly.
