I have been a long time customer at this location since they opened. They have messed my order up numerous times but I keep coming back because the food is great. But today when I went inside to order and they were very rude. I tried to get yosef to help but he instead wasn’t interested and in the process they have lost a customer.

I was introduced to Z Burger by my sister, who praised it as a fantastic local burger joint. Intrigued by her recommendation, I decided to experience it firsthand, and I must say, she was absolutely right! The service was exceptional, and the food arrived promptly and was deliciously fresh. The portions were generous, and the establishment was impeccably clean with accommodating staff. I sampled a variety of items, all of which were excellent. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, the quality of the food more than justifies it. Z Burger has definitely won me over, and I look forward to returning. My only request would be to bring back the seasoned fries.

Food is absolutely disgusting !!! U call this a black bean burger ? It’s not even black lol where the beans ?!!Every body said the onions are bomb. Then how come when I ordered my fries & onions rings were soggy & cold ? Absolute waste of money. I tried to save it by heating it but not worth it AT ALL

Burger, Onion Rings, and Fries were EXCELLENT. Prices are a bit steep, and the service can be slow, but your food will be worth it.
I loved the food, it's super delicious. The atmosphere is divine. The girls who work there are super friendly. I loved the service with the cashiers. I loved visiting that place.

5 guys is better. 37$ for 1 bacon cheeseburger, 1 double bacon cheeseburger, 1 regular fry plus tax plus a SERVICE AND PACKAGING FEE OF $1.79 which I've never seen before in my life! RIDICULOUS!!

I don’t know if ownership of this franchise changed but the food at this ZBurger went from being great to horrible. The onion rings used to be crispy and now they are coated in a weird puffy batter that is soft. They used to sell a long, kosher hotdogs that was the length of a jumbo bun and now they put two regular length hotdogs on their really long bun to appear to be the jumbo hot dog they used to sell. And it doesn’t taste very good. The shakes taste weird and “chemical-ly”now. Everything they sell just randomly started to be gross recently and I gave it several tries because at first I thought it was an off day or maybe they don’t have their normal supply of certain things in stock but it was clear after my fourth time basically wasting money on an order that was not good that something has changed. Not sure if a different Z Burger would taste like this location’s food used to taste but I would not waste anymore money going to this location.

The experience was suboptimal. The beef itself was pretty good, but the buns were stale/hard. It took 12 minutes for the one burger to be prepared on a Sunday night where I was the only person in there and three workers were in the kitchen. Hard to imagine this place during a lunch rush.The machine FORCES you to leave a tip in advance, and my tip certainly didn't get me prompt service. That one burger (including tip) was about $15.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really accessible.
