Good ice cream. Friendly service and they do let you taste a few flavors. I enjoyed the Bourbon Caramel ice cream. One scoop is the size of a softball. Huge amount of ice cream. It's so good. They have a very nice outdoor seating area to enjoy your ice cream. A must stop in Berlin.
I went to Island Creamery and really enjoyed it. I only have it a very limited amount of times each year so I am extremely excited when I go. This past time I went, I got the Oreo. And it did not fail the succeed my expectations. Another flavor I tried and loved was cantaloupe. It's the first ever time I've seen cantaloupe as a flavor before, and after trying it, I wish more places gave that option. It was incredible. Big servings for the price, great options, quick and courteous service, some unique flavors, good dairy free ice cream as well. Small, tight space, and parking in the general area can be tough at times (though it's really not impossible if you don't mind walking a bit), but as long as you're ready for those things you won't be disappointed.
