Update: I was contacted by the owner/manager in regards to my issues. They assured me that they would work with their staff to make sure this doesn't happen again. I appreciate that they have taken this issue seriously and have made changes. I also understand that a new business can have some issues in the beginning. Though the subs are awesome, was very disappointed when the young lady took my money with food prep gloves on then went back to preparing subs, never changing the gloves. She did this twice and we alerted the manager. This is not proper food handlingVegetarian options: Not much to say here

I still believe they are working on the kinks. I am a big fan of JM's and was excited to hear they were opening one in Berlin. I find the biggest concern is lack of consistency. One time I go the sandwich is good. Has enough meat to call it a sub, yet other times they come up short on the meat and it's weak and I've made the comment to the person slicing the meat.
