We came here late on a Saturday afternoon, technically while happy hour was going on, but we chose the dinner menu. My son had the fresh burrata an appetizer (tasty) and hanger steak (good). My husband and I both started with the seasonal soup -- a carrot ginger which felt a bit thin. He and my mom both had the blackened salmon -- she thought it was great and he thought it lacked some flavor. I had the smoked duck breast which was fine -- the side it came with was great. The restaurant wasn't full which meant we could hear well and the hostess became our server was nice -- though maybe a bit nervous. The bathrooms were clear though it felt a bit like a rest stop bathroom -- odd given their menu and prices.

It wasn't a bad meal, but it felt overpriced. The lamb bolognese tasted like hamburger helper. There was an issue with my dish, so they gave me a discount. Although the food was subpar, I did receive good service, save the couples who appeared too afraid to sit next to a table of someone dining alone.

Came here before a show at Roundhouse and it was good but not memorable. I really liked the vibe though! Cute spot for a date night

Cute place for cocktails and food! I think prices are a little high, but would recommend the crab beignets and just about any cocktail

Their happy hour prices, food, and drinks are great. Ambiance is also good - I appreciate the crowd isn't too young which I like. The service, though, is so so so slow. It took us 10-15 mins to get a drink every time we placed an ordered. If they can get better on that, I would give it 5 stars again.

Sat us without a reservation on a Friday night. The appetizers were delicious and the service was great.

Came here for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. The patio out front is nice on sunny/warm days. The food was really good... solid brunch options like chicken & waffles, eggs Benedict, breakfast burrito, etc. The burger and the duck fat fries were delicious and a sizable portion. Bottomless mimosas (your choice of OJ, cranberry, grapefruit, pineapple) and bloody Mary's for $17! The only disappointment was the slow service (our waiter was balancing a lot of tables and gave good recommendations).

I hosted a large birthday brunch yesterday at Barrel and Crow. Our experience exceeded all expectations with delicious food, a lively atmosphere, and top-notch service. Really one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time.I reached out to the "info" email before the event to coordinate and a real person, Carine, responded right away and was very helpful. Our waiter, Michael, was great. Not only was he attentive and personable, but he also displayed a remarkable level of efficiency that ensured our party of 15 was well taken care of from start to finish. Despite the size of our group, and the several, "can I substitute this for that?", he very quietly navigated all our needs and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The food was very tasty and there were several options (all reasonably priced) so that everyone was happy. The kitchen must be super efficient as our 15 meals all arrived warm, at the same time, and with no mistakes! The noise level of the restaurant was good too. Vibrant and bustling, but quiet enough that we could hear each other.Highly recommend Barrel and Crow for any gathering large and small.

Food was ok. Service was terrible. Seated immediately, order was not taken untill 15 minutes after water was served. Order took 30 minutes. Yet the table next to us came in 20 minutes after us their order came out before ours and we ordered the same thing. Waiter not attentive.

They work as a team , and it shows ! I had multiple servers bringing food , drinks and checking in ... the tuna as an appetizer is delicate and fresh , the gnocchi I will definitely get as an entree next time , great combo with the pork chop and the skin on the Rockfish was crispy .. enjoyed ! Client meeting , overall not too loud.
