First time and it was amazing! Quick service and the food was very fresh and delicious. Good vibes and feng shui inside. Instead of Chipotle, try a healthy, Korean food bowl, and it will leave you satisfied!!

Love this place. Love getting my veggies now and eating them later. Service is good and portions are fair. Never noisy or loud music. I just got back from Las Vegas, did not see one there. I will be back in Vegas six months from now. Hope to see Bibibop!

I ended up customizing both an original size spicy chicken bowl and an original size beef bowl. There is a huge variety of available fresh ingredients to choose from which is greatly appreciated (pine apple costs extra). Personally, I liked the beef more than the spicy chicken but I would honestly get both again! On top of the food being great, the staff were very attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend giving this spot a try and see what type of bowl you can create. In addition, they offer free miso soup (on the left side of the soda machine). Also if you are unsure of which sauce to get you can always get it on the side in a separate sauce container!

The food is always good. However, post pandemic, they provide individual sauces and charge for extra. This used to be a build your bowl experience with any mix of sauce options and amount you chose. You now get two. Yum Yum sauce comes in a plastic packet and less than a tablespoon of sesame oil was put in the old containers. All sauces and finishings are managed behind the counter. There is no discount to account for this change. The staff are pleasant and you can order ahead and pick up food. While it isn't major, this change impacts the flavors you can create and lessens the overall experience to me. Still a great cheaper option in BethesdaVegetarian options: Meatless options are available.

Excellent. Just as good as the one at Pike and Rose. The Korean Beef and Noodle Bowl is beyond expectations. Just the right amount of heat with the gochujang sauce on top. FYI, they did have a bit of a fruit fly issue in the seating area when I was there, but management is aware and taking measures to eliminate it. Also appreciate the free miso soup!]

Looking for a fast, Korean fusion place to eat? Look no further! Bibibop is pretty much a Chipotle for Korean flavors. Ingredients are fresh, a nice variety of drinks, and an overall great experience! I'm a very big fan of Japanese food, so the free miso was tempting, but the flavor seemed a little off. Perhaps that's part of why it's free. XD Definitely recommend Bibibop if you are on the go, but no sing for that Korean taste!

Great looking place from the outside with inviting photos of the food bowls. Once I stepped up to the counter, I felt rushed (no one else behind me in line) by staff who were not very helpful with my simple questions. They didn't have cucumbers which appear in every food photo. The food quality was just ok and the meat had little flavor. I chose the beef because the chicken looked old and dry. Many custom choices to make but it definitely lacked the quality to give more stars. Don't judge this book by the cover.

I'm new to the area but noticed a few of these places around the MD and Washington, DC area and figured I'd give it a try. I knew nothing about the restaurant going in, and was excited to see a "build your own" style of food (similar to chipotle, cava, etc). The restaurant was clean, but empty. I was quickly met at the counter by an extremely pleasant employee- I wish I got his name! We had a nice discussion about the healthy benefits of kimchi (helps with digestion, bloating). He also made sure to tell me that miso soup came with the meal. It was warm, had a strong flavor, and a decent amount of tofu. It was quite salty though. I got the heart and Seoul bowl- it was large, although a little bland. I definitely recommend adding kimchi for some more flavor. Next time, I would definitely ask for a side of some sauce to pour on top. Tip: you can get 2$ off right now if you order online :)
