I went in for the first time ask for a bowl with white rice, black beans and chicken when I tell u the guy was so tight with the meat it was ridiculous, but when a Hispanic girl came he hooked her bowl up with a lot of chicken to scoop, corn, and everything by being tight with me and I’m a paying customer spent 14.00 sad I won’t come back

I'm a chipotle lover and this chipotle location has to be up there with the best around the country. Every time food has been hot, fresh but more importantly CONSISTENT!! That's what brings down some of the other locations. There's a few I wouldn't go back to if the food were free based on the lackluster personnel working ruining this chains reputation. Great job Chipotle in Bethesda off Old Georgetown for being the best!!

Labeled gluten allergy and says "bowl"... came in a flour tortilla as a burrito making it inedible due to cross contamination.

I do not recommend coming to have dinner at this chipotle. The floors, tables, and chairs were dirty and not cleaned properly. There were straw wrappers, bottle caps and food pieces everywhere. The staff didn’t seem to care about the order.One staff wrote that I order guacamole when I didn’t order any. When I confront him about it on the receipt, he didn’t care and said the manager will handle it. Worst experience!!

The manager on duty (Hispanic female) was very sweet and attentive!! Definitely recommend this place.
They make the burritos extremely small and include less then half the protein they normally do.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible portions. All I want is a little extra rice and they act like it's a sysiphian task. Chipotle needs to reevaluate there portions given I paid 12.51 for a bowl and got what was essentially a single portion of chicken even though I asked for double. I think it has something to do with the new manager. She has a horrible attitude corporate really needs to do a better job hiring people.

Advertising does work! I saw carne asada was back and therefore I had to have it. My go to is a bowl with the tortilla on the side. I'm guessing I did not say it right since the person decided I wanted it in the bowl. First time like this and it wasn't bad. Just a burrito but in a bowl. It hit the spot and ordering was quick and easy. I think the portion of carne asada was small but I'm not complaining as it was a comfortable portion and I got my fix. Service and atmosphere were all good. Took mine home and happily ate the whole thing in the comfort of my own space.

I live about .. 5 minutes away from this chipotle and I've ordered only a couple times being that I know I would be disappointed sometimes .. it's a hit or miss when eating here . I would typically order a burrito or a bowl last time I ate here I had a bowl with your typical ingredients.. steak, salad,pinto beans etc . And all ima say is it tasted like they don't enjoy their job.. it's a weird way to put it but the beans were poorly made and this happens almost every time I go there or the rice would be hard like last time I order there was I really hard rice ball.. and I was so disappointed because i was hungry and spent my last 14$ on this.. maybe they need a new chef im not sure what's going on ... the overall customer service is cool even though they rush you when your ordering but like I said it's a hit or miss... I've had good burritos here though and some good bowls but a lot of the time they be messing up. Chipotle please do better because y'all are so convenient for me .
