I dont know if this guy was the manager or owner, but he threatened me and other customers for no reason. Incredibly rude.***Look at the way he responded, it shows his character. He is very aggressive and other people here are saying the same.

RUDE/RACIST/and short tempered. This is the WORST AND LAST visit to the store. They don't have all the options and is very over priced, the owner and his Pakistan son is SO RUDE. I forgot to put on mask, I told him I don't have, but then I check my pocket I realized I had it. He then told me "get out. even if you have mask you lied to me"!!!!! Really this is customer service???!! Another time they cuss at my friend for no reason.

This is a great place and the owner is very nice. He is though being harassed frequently and the police didn’t care when I told them. I said this guy who is verbally abusive and physically explosive could hurt someone and the cop said” he could” almost like he was giving permission. I’m disgusted! Please call the police if you see the this man assaulting the employees. I will begin to record these events when and if I am there. I cannot patron with such violence going on.

my diamond in the rough.I was so happy to find this little store for those rough nights after work. Those nights when i just need a glass of wine to help me unwind. The selections are pretty satisfying.Happiness is a wine store at your feet when you exit the train station. ❤??
The selection is terrible and the clerk was rude and sarcastic when I asked if there was any place close by that might have a better selection!

Unlike other Bethesda stores, I found out the staff is very unfriendly. I am older than the staff and he talked to me like I am a teenager. Very inappropriate way of talking to someone who is older.
