horrible service and system. the transaction when through but the system wasn’t working properly so they refused to give me my drinks even tho they took my money! i understand that this problem is about the system and not the workers but one of the girls working there was very rude, had a horrible attitude, and had no desire to help whatsoever…wouldn’t recommend

When first coming into this establishment, everything was clean and organized with multiple areas to sit. I got 3 drinks: strawberry ice smoothie, honeydew and winter melon milk tea. The boba pearls aren’t soft compared to the other Gongcha establishments. The staff were nice and kind at least.Kid-friendliness: There’s a stage/open area for kids to sit down

I’ve just bought some drinks here. The girl staff who took my order was very gruff. I ordered 4 drinks and I told her that I will take home so that i want them without ice but she acted like we annoyed her. I will never be back here!
Boba pearls were old and falling apart in my drink. Tea itself taste like water. Worst experience I've had. Will not be back.

I ordered online at poki dc which is connected to gong cha, so I added the milk foam green tea to my order - it tastes nothing like green tea. The drink tastes more like chamomile? Regardless, it’s pretty awful. It is also very cream in color, with no hint of green. I called gong cha and they did nothing to help. I’m an avid green tea/matcha drinker. If you like green tea I suggest not getting this drink unless you want to be disappointed.

I loved their upstairs seating near the menu board. So cool! The drinks were black tea based, which are my favorite as SURPRISE Sijo Jun Fan Lee's INTENSE CONTROL team's visit to drinks Chinese with a worldly all Asian flair! The smart ones on this menu are the milk foam choices that glide down smooth. I chose Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte with strawberry pearl. Tasty treat on a hot day.
