First time here. This place is a little peculiar, I walked in at 3 PM on Wednesday and they were closed, I submitted an edit to have the hours changed. Not sure why the business closes at 3 PM but I'll love along to other options.

Love the brand but this location has the worst service. Insane they hate working there. Once, mid juicing, they took a break to eat a muffin. Expressly letting us know, that we are interrupting their evening. They also make sure to clean the machine and counter before handing over the juice. I think it's why the place is always empty...

I hardly ever give review but a great , local spot that is always friendly and food is consistently good as well as healthy should get recognized . I don’t know where they find the people that work there but they are so friendly and helpful ! Casual , sandwiches , bowls and juices are all good . The coffee is great too ! Perfect for breakfast or lunch or a snack .Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian , low calorie , low carb , high proteinKid-friendliness: They are really nice to kids and plenty of healthy options . Even a chocolate smoothie
Today I bought a chai latte and it was hands down the worst chai latte I've ever had. Watered down, it could have almost been water with some flavor. Chalky, the instant powder (tasted like powder anyway) was not combined properly. Metallic sweet tasting, is it that they use sugar substitutes? I paid $6 for a small cup Two baristas made two different orders (unbeknownst to each other), maybe if they had put their efforts together they could have made a decent chai latte. Also, the place smells like a subway if you're into that.

I tried ordering on the app 3x. Each time I got a timeout error, so I ordered from somewhere else. I ended up getting charged 3x for the non orders, and for a week now I can’t get in touch with anyone to get these charges removed. No reply from customer service, and local store can’t do anything about it.
This place is great! I do like a combination of tastes in sandwiches: bread, ham or tuna, mozzarella, tomato, and avocado. Never gets boring. Smoothies are always fresh and various. Vanilla matcha later is the best I ever had.

They “couldn’t make me anything” at 7:38 when they close at 8PM. Super disappointing since I rushed to get there before they closed and the manager was wasn’t apologetic at all. I worked in the service industry for a decade. Customer service just isn’t the same anymore. Update: Thank goodness for berries and bowls around the corner who served me 8 minutes before closing.

The management is horrible and they don’t pay their employees, fire people on short notice but they don’t pay the hours the employee worked for before being fired, what kind of unprofessional establishment is this? And they have contacted HR and management about not being payed but no response.… and to anyone that hasn’t tried it yet, this place is overpriced trash ands your money can be better spent at tropical smoothie or any other store that is similar to this but way better than this trash. No I will not get in contact with your customer support, I would appreciate it if you get in contact with one of your former managers Brian Emilio, he has been trying to contact y’all to have his last paycheck but this store and hr is not cooperating after he sent emails and called so make it right or lawyers will be involved.
