Love this location!! The staff are great, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and flexible about the menu. The owner Jim is almost always in the restaurant, visiting tables, chatting with patrons, clearing tables. Great atmosphere, family friendly. The pizza is delicious, always piping hot, lots of options, extensive menu and so far everything we’ve tried has been tasty and top notch! Love their very robust salads and the house dressing is addictive. Philly cheesesteak is savory and delicious. You really can’t go wrong! Great job Jim, Fanny, Benta, Frenchy…and everyone in the kitchen!! Thank you.Dietary restrictions: They currently have a Passover pizza special. There are vegetarian options. The team is always willing to help patrons find the meals that work best for them.Parking: Parking is tricky because there are other popular places in the shopping center…including Whole Foods. But having patience and finding a spot will be worth it.Kid-friendliness: I’ve been taking my kids here for years? It’s a very friendly kid/family place. The staff make great connections and have long lasting relationships with kids and parents.

This was my very first time having Ledo Pizza, and it will certainly not be my last… because I discovered I LOVE LEDO PIZZA!One of the things I appreciated the most, and that made the pizza unique to other pizzas, was the fact that each and every slice had the perfect ratio of toppings that were ordered.There was no slice (or square) that was predominately cheese only or sparse/stingy with toppings… Which to me meant that every single bite was packed with flavours and love.Our server was very attentive. The cups of water and soda were never empty, and we were checked in on every 10-15 mins or so to make sure that everything was good.I was also massively impressed with the price of the pizzas!!! Not only are they delicious… They are also easy on the pockets/affordable!!I look forward to having Ledos Pizza again, and judging by the sheer number of locations they have across the DMV - there will never not be one close by!!

Worst experience in my life at a restaurant. Waiter took orders, brought food and never came back to the table, never once looked in our direction even when, a couple of us at the same time with arms waving, tried to get his attention. Did not refill water, blatantly ignored us. Prices are outrageous. Food was greasy and not tasty. Disgusted with whole experience.

My kids and I love the pizza at River Road Ledo's. It's a great value; we get 2+ nights worth of pizza for the same amount we'd spend at other pizza places for 1 night. The small square pieces are perfect for younger kids. Take-out orders are ready fast, the online ordering is easy, and you can pick up without waiting in line.The people there are always friendly and the owner is very responsive. We had a small issue with a recent order that I notified them about online. He called me twice and went over and above by sending us some gift certificates. We're very thankful to have such a great locally owned pizza place nearby.

I went here a lot in late 2022/early 23. The pizza has been good. The gyro I had before, and especially the calzone I just had tonight, were baaaaad. They should get rid of half of the menu and focus on pizza.Tonight I got a chicken calzone and a buffalo chicken calzone; I didn't realize that I had eaten the buffalo one first until I looked at the label. It had canned tomato sauce that dripped everywhere (no way to hold it) and not very fresh chicken, but at least the dough was decent. Nothing "buffalo" about it though. The one that was just "chicken" was about as bad. I regret not ordering Mexican delivery.The employees always look unhappy to be there (I don't blame them) and I always try to say "thank you" to the cashier zombie when picking up my order but I usually don't get a response. I stopped going after they wouldn't give me a $3 credit for a forgotten soda and side, and not being clear that their bonus gift cards had to be entered as "coupons" (though they made that clearer later.) So their customer care at all levels has needed work for a while.

I am a Ledos fan. I absolutely love their pizza and have eaten their pizza from their chains all accross the east coast. However, something has changed, maybe we just came too late, the cheese, and the crust was just not the same. Me and my family were all very disappointed.

The old bay house fries are great.The cheese pizza is... Overhyped. The crust is great, but the sauce is way too sweet imo

Went with the kids today and they rated the spaghetti and meatballs a 7.5 out of 10. I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza - got the 14 inch pepperoni. The service was great and we got a nice booth. Also, you can walk next door for great ice cream. We will be back soon.
