Place had 4 people and was so slow. I got a buffalo chicken pizza if that’s what you call it. It was just cook pizza dough with strange chucks of chicken put on after. My kids burger was raw and the mustard chicken was flavorless. My stomach has hurt since I left. Now I know why it was empty.

Went 2 weeks in a row. Service was below average at best. Always try to give a place more than one chance. Too bad, as the food was pretty good.

Very convenient location and parking. Food and drinks are good! I always want this to become a normal spot, but I just have not had good customer service experiences with the servers.

Loved their dessert, The Peanut Butter Thing! Yummy! Could have used a bigger serving on the teriyaki salmon bowl. Really good service and atmosphere!

I've always enjoyed NYAJ. Very nice menu, and good prices. Service was excellent, and the focaccia and Parmesan oil is just fantastic. My only issue was that the $14 drink was far too much ice and lemonade, but that seems the norm these days.

you were out of halibut which is what my wife likes.and it is the only fish dish available. my wife is gluten sensitive, not allergic or celiac. however she was told that the appetizer shrimp and the salad on the February specials menu would not be okay for her. I understand siding on the side of caution but these two dishes do not seem to have much gluten in them even if they are not truely gluten-free.

Idk even where to start. Everything was so bad. Ordered the dozen wings for myself. But only got 8. No celery nor carrots. Just some bread and weird dip thing. No blue cheese on the side as advertised, just ranch. For $20, really? How do you mess up 12 wings with the regular sides this badly? My girl got the Mac and cheese, and the quantity was lacking, not to mention it was really bland. When I arrived, they weren't even busy, but I was in hold for 8 minutes. One of the employees said they were having a slow night because of the superbowl. Do not come here if you value your time and money. Can't believe I spent $40 on a messed up order. Should've gone to Bonchon for our dinner.

Although there were four persons at our table, the server provided one brunch menu; it would seem to make sense to provide at least two for a table of four. Our server not in sight, we asked another for additional napkins. She brought the napkins ten minutes later; in the meantime, we had taken silverware/napkin rolls from the adjacent table to procure the napkins. Although our server cleared two places after the diners at such spots were finished, no one cleared the other places. We had to ask for the places to me cleared when coffee was delivered to the table.

WOW. This place has really gone downhill. As regular customers for years, we were really dissapointed during this visit. First the Fire burger was not hot nor spicy. The burger was cooked but room temperature. The cheese was cold and not melted. While the cajun flavor was good, there was no "heat" including the cooked bland jalapeño speared on top of the roll. There was a little bit of spice in the aioli. The chicken caprese also had issues: while the chicken was hot, the toasted roll was cold as was the slice of cheese that was supposed to be melted mozzarella. Clearly precooking items and using fast-food techniques. The fries, pizza, and dipping bread were good. Between the much higher prices and poor quality food, this place is now off our list.

New to the area, looked like a nice place. Took a seat at the bar. Bartender was very nice and suggested an IPA and bang bang shrimp. Both were excellent. I decided to order dinner, Fish and chips to go. What arrived was a to go box filled with shoestring fries, Cole slaw and two nuggets of fish. I took one look and sent it back. Not going to pay $23 for that. So, for beer and happy hour snacks, good. A filling meal forget about it. The appetizers were larger portions. Never again.
