The people here are so welcoming and pleasant, in particular Moriah, who took out breakfast order. She so wanted to help us get exactly what we wanted and helped us with a smile. After placing our large order, the food prep people put it together quickly, pleasantly and completely. The dining area was clean and well-lit.
I’ve never liked Panera, so it has been years since I’ve eaten there. I love sandwiches and somehow they make an easy food taste mediocre.I decided to give it a shot once more, given their new Black Forest Ham baguette looked good.I went in the shop, ordered it. The clerk at the counter was your typical unfriendly, bored, not saying hi, not saying when he’s ready to take my payment dude. I came in initially thinking of getting just a drink. I'm a sip club member and needed a refreshment. The "KoolAid" tea causing heart attacks is delightful and gave me a much needed pick-me-up. I thought maybe I had other rewards coming due and the cashier told me I did and gave me his recommendations.
