We arrived promptly for our 7:15 PM reservation. We were seated right away. Upon sitting at the table, my mom noticed that a section of the table was not clean. She told the host, and he returned with a wipe. He gave my mom the wipe, for her to clean the table. We were too excited about our very first experience at an vegan restaurant to make a fuss. The restaurant is amazing with good ambiance, service, and food. However, we had to wait for almost half an hour to get seated even though we had a reservation. It was pretty busy, which I understand, but maybe they should take reservations based on their capacity as waiting for half an hour after having a reservation is not such a good experience. For those who wish to make a reservation for a party of 7+, you’ll need to email (the phone number they provide on the website doesn’t actually connect you with a real person or let you reserve over the phone). The food was amazing, and they were able to accommodate our party of 9. The website doesn’t make clear if they add in a set gratuity for a party that large, but if they did, they walked away with an additional 20% tip, as the waitress picked the tip amount for me...read full review
