Excellent!5 year update: been eating Potbelly for 15 years. Potbelly has gone downhill so much...Too much change by some white collar business grads imo. The final straw is the rework of the rewards on the app. First they got rid of their good mayo, its now just cheap kraft cr##. Used be something special and rich. Bacon is different. It used to be thick and peppery and well with ot. They messed with the sandwich sizes a while back too. You get less for more money. The portions are just off. The wreck used to be a meaty sandwich. Used to feel like brick in your hand at the register. Now it feels like a limp ####. Final straw they messed with the rewards app. Pionts are almost 50% less. No longer do you get your one free big sandwich every 1000 points now it's 1500.Enjoy going the way of Quiznos. It's just not worth it to go out of ones way to a potbelly any longer. It has lost its way.

I received an incorrect order via a delivery service. When I called the manager, she not only re-made my order on another day, but she also had it delivered to my office. Way to correct a mistake, Potbelly team!

Out of 6 sandwiches, one was missing avocados and two turkey sandwiches were made with inedible skin on the meat. Called Potbelly a couple times. Was told that the manager was going to call back and refund for the three bad sandwiches. She never bothered to call. And we will never bother to order from Potbelly again.

Not only was this particular branch of the restaurant unable to fulfill basic requests such as bread selection, toppings, etc., but the manager then *refused* to fix the incorrect order (despite the instructions CLEARLY PRINTED ON THE LABEL!). When I asked to be given the number for the general manager or when they would be in, that information was not only refused, but the manager decided that it would be appropriate to hang up on me!Note to the general manager/franchise owner - whoever the manager was on the afternoon of June 12, 2023 at 4-4:30pm needs at best some serious retraining!

I work around the corner and have gotten to know the team members that work at this location. Always friendly and welcoming and they just do a great job, especially when it gets busy.
