I'm so happy to stumble upon Rock Cafe, because there are not many (or any other) places to grab a bite to eat within Bedford building complex. The cafe on the ground floor of Total Wine HA. The entrance might be a bit hard to find, but it is on the side that is facing the main road. While it's a small cafe, it has a menu that contains various salads, soups, and sandwiches. Also, I believe Rock Cafe has Indian food on Mondays and Thursdays. Since I visited on a Thursday and didn't want a sandwich, I decided to go with the Butter Chicken. OMG! The dish was so yummy. In fact, the plan was to eat half of it and save the rest for dinner. However, it was so delicious that I ate the entire thing!The owner/manager has a great rapport with the Rock Cafe's visitors and seems to be on a first name basis with many of them. I have a feeling that I will have a few more lunches at Rock Cafe.

I was looking for a place to grab a quick lunch. There is no sign outside of the building but did see another review to go around the building from the secured entrance. I decided on a chicken salad on whole grain. As I waited for my sandwich, I noticed how they knew everyone. Frank addressed everyone by name. I definitely got a good vibe for this place.My sandwich was terrific. And if I find myself in the area again, I would definitely stop by and try other items.

Great place to grab a sandwich or coffee. Indoor and outdoor seating - building is secure on one side so make sure to access by outdoor tables.

Good place, I was at work stopped by here and ordered the Turkey Avocado Sandwich. It was best I have had. Literally. I believe this is a new restaurant/cafe that opened up. Not hundred percent sure tho. But I would recommend this place, you would really expect this from a new place. I love the service here as well.
