Curry Chicken salad sandwich was plentiful, well-seasoned, and used excellent raisin bread. I went to the area for a physician's appointment and may come back for the Rockspring Cafe.

I usually come here for lunch, especially when I want to stretch my legs and walk over from being in the office all day.

A second visit to this place for lunch. Decided to drop by around 1:30 PM after my dental appointment. The lunch buffet or hot meal area ended, so didn't see any food options there. So, ordered a Hot Sandwich with fries. The Latina woman grilled the food freshly on the stove and both tasted pretty good. Portion of fries were very big, so couldn't finish it. But liked the sandwich. A good option if you are near the medical buildings for an appointment and feel like grabbing something quick.
The BLT w/Egg was EXCELLENT, and the fruit was as fresh as EVER! When in Bethesda will definitely be coming back!

Enjoyable, fast, cheap food with plenty of tables for sitting. Would not recommend coming between 11:15 and 12 during the school year as it is a very popular spot for Walter Johnson Students who can be loud and unpleasant at certain times.

..I had one of The best Greek omelets that I have ever had in my life at this little cafe in a medical office building. I was shocked! The amount of filling: fresh spinach, the feta cheese, the mushrooms etc was generous and the flavors were well-balanced. The ingredients all seemed very fresh. It was well prepared and served nice and hot. It was really excellent! Since I was having breakfast I cannot report on any of the lunch items but they were setting up the hot bar for lunch and it looked pretty good. I cannot wait to come back to this building for another Dr. Visit.

So many choices, very friendly ladies take your order. They can cook it up on the grill and have items on the hot food bar. I had time to wait, for my salmon patty and fresh, hot fries $7.99 it was good, a liitle like salmon patties i get from Costco. Had hot green tea, from tea bag, $1.99. The fries were very filling, add your own salt, help yourself to ketchup. I would come back again. I could hear regulars come in and order eggs and home fries, or toast. I was hoping more of Chinese choice but although the ladies are Asian & I'm Chinese their customers want American food so I can understand that. They were open before the offices opened at 7 so I guess they open arounf 6-630 for breakfast peeps.
