it’s starbucks, it’s coffee‼️ … but what makes this one stand out is the service… with a smile!first time at this location and overheard another customer saying that’s why i come to this location specifically, the customer service is exemplary!and i would have to agree after my experience there.parking is a bit tricky but there is paid street parking as well as garages around the area.

I came in today and asked for tall skim latte after waiting 20 minutes I got the wrong order and later I was told that they ran out of skim milk. The service sucks! The guy who took my order was unapologetic with bad attitude. I will never come again and order from this place because I don’t want to deal with the same incompetent guy!

Worst location on the East Coast!....Great location but lazy kids working here on all shifts..... Drinks are consistently made incorrectly.Someone needs to tell these kids this ain't a Run DMC concert hall.... Can we get an adult to pick out some neutral music and keep it at a professional audible level???Stupid music, Stupid Loud

I ordered a large coffee, while they brought the medium one. I'm not even sure that they charged correctly. I so regret that I gave them a tip, they definitely don't deserve It.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks that I use quite often. Today I placed an order using my app as usual and the employees were extremely rude when I tried to pick up my order. There was a misunderstanding, and when I tried to explain it, a young female girl of my kids' age yelled at me not trying to listen to what I wanted to say. Literally, no intention to understand what the costumer was trying to say, just keep saying what she wanted to say without stopping. I asked her many times to just stop talking and listening to what I say... didn't work at all. I have known this place is not particularly friendly or welcoming, which I didn't care until I became a victim of erratic behaviors of the employees there. I was sorry they had to work on Christmas afternoon but that doesn't justify their behavior today. I said "Thank you for serving on Christmas day" and left the place without my drinks. If you are the manager of this place and you have a security camera installed, please review your recording to discover how your customers are being treated. You will be baffled. I don't want to give up on my neighborhood Starbucks. So please provide your employees with proper training on customer service, manners for other human beings, and cultural/racial bias. I am still in emotional pain caused by your employees.

They did a great job! Kimberly is a batista there and she was very nice and helpful to me. I ordered a peppermint mocha Frappuccino and she offered me a second one since it was busy. She is a great employee there.

Starbucks service has dropped ,Employees don’t seem to care !Why would we still go there for a mediocre service and drinks that are over priced and not high quality ?

I have yet to have a bad experience with the employees themselves. They’re nice.The only complaint is the music. I listen to most of the music they play myself, but I’m sorry, it’s not the same when it’s blasting early morning at a coffee shop. What makes it worse is the fact that they don’t even bother finding clean versions of the songs. So it’s 7am with cuss words just being tossed everywhere at high volume at a coffee shop lol. Makes me feel like I’m at a bar.I worked at Starbucks up until last year so I know that the music playing is not one of the playlists that are allowed to be played and I know that the company doesn’t allow songs with bad language to be played. It would mean a lot if the manager enforced that rule in the work place.
