Came by for lunch today 4/10 and the teak has been very friendly, short lines, one of the POCs decides to reboot in the middle of payment but they quickly transferred the order to another one.Special shout out to the woman who was the first in the Salas assembly line. Super friendly!

This is the second time I ordered here and did not receive my full order. I ordered a harvest bowl this time, and I did not receive the roasted almonds, also, they gave me bread that I did not ask for. The last order I got a Cobb salad and I did not get the dressing for the salad. This was my last time ordering here.

this sweetgreen is too sad. i used to be proud to say sweetgreen was from the dmv but this is an embarrassment. and it's so hilarious they hire managers who aren't capable of just doing their job correctly. i saw employees pouring unwashed greens from the cheapest bags of greens from the local giant. they literally had the giant bags on the counter and just opened the bags and poured it right in. it's sad they charge almost $20.00 for a salad with these type of ingredients. i think it's even more sad that sweetgreen hr hires employees that work at a such low standards. i think from now on i'll spend my money at a different place. and to top all this off i found plastic in my salad and the "manager" just handed me a token for my next salad. too funny. do better sweetgreen. or just like your stock this place will crash down. i'm not mad but for a company with tons of money i'd invest in a better management to have more returning happy customers.

Always fresh greens and sides. Good menu of salads & bowls that changes frequently. Be sure to ask to have your salad or bowl mixed at the end. My fave is the Kale Caesar salad, after which I feel full & satisfiedKid-friendliness: If you have restless kids who don’t like to sit in a restaurant, this is a great place to bring them.

I'm sorry to say this location is filthy and should probably be shut down by the health department. They are also super careless. I've ordered twice for delivery and they didn't include the dressing - total bummer to receive salad with no dressing. One time there was a chunk of something from another salad in my dish. I thought maybe the problem was ordering through delivery so I tried to go one time in person because it is so convenient to my house. This time the salad was super gross - the chicken was not properly cooked. I told the manager and actually showed her. The tables and chairs were also quite dirty. The manager didn't seem to really care. What a bummer.

I’ve been a Sweet Green lover for over ten years and have never had a bad experience at one until I visited this one.The portions were so unbelievably small that I had to request more toppings twice. The first time the woman literally gave me 3 crumbs of Parmesan. when I requested more, she rudely stated you have to pay extra. I was charged $1.75 for what is usually included at other locations. She was even skimping on the dressing and had an attitude that I asked for more.I’ll never patronize this location again.

Sweetgreen straight up scammed me last night. My niece and I were downtown and hungry and wanted to grab some quick takeout, and neither of us had ever tried Sweetgreen before. Literally THE FIRST WORDS I spoke to the staff were "We've never been here before, how does this all work?" One employee starts helping my niece build a salad, they're making their way down the line, and I'm speaking to a different employee about the different menu options etc. Again, bear in mind that my niece is 11 and neither of us have ever been here before. My niece has now made her way down to the register with her Sweetgreen employee while mine is ladling a scoop of mushrooms into my salad. We make our way to the register and the total is $38 for the 2 salads. (This is equivalent to the moment a backalley card hustler flips the cards to reveal to you that you've lost). I guess I respect the grind. They totally took advantage of our naivete. That employee 1000% preyed on us, allowing an 11 year old to build a $24 salad. I'm from South FL so instantly I'm like ok I'm being played so hard right now, they're running a 3-card monte hustle on me, Sweetgreen is about that street life...in retrospect it was so obvious too, she just pulled my niece down the line and loaded her up with every single extra she possibly could. I just paid the money and left in order to remove myself from the situation because I could feel myself turning red and my ears started ringing. Let's just say it takes a certain amount of...courage...to scam and openly disrespect a complete stranger right to their face, because you REALLY don't know me. You don't know me. I know for a fact I'll never set foot in a Sweetgreen again because I'm not about that life anymore

Two thumbs down for the ongoing issues with portion size at this particular location (which happens to be a short walk from our home, major bummer). Have reported the portion issue multiple times and keep getting $10 credits which is fine for the first 1-2 times, but annoying past that. I don’t want to pay less for half a salad. I want to pay full price for the full salad. Thought this was addressed when we noticed management changed, but unfortunately they still have the same problem. Will stick to ordering pick up and delivery from Pike & Rose location, where we have never had this problem.

It’s very dirty, restroom and tables are all dirty. The staff is not friendly and it’s a bad experience.The tables were so close to each other that a woman next to me threw her pork to the ceiling and it bumped into my salad. A horrible experience

I like their place but their delivery service of this place is awful. Missing premium ingredients are too little. When ordering delivery, I always try to avoid this particular location. Please work on fixing this issue.

I love Sweetgreen but their delivery is... problematic. Yesterday there was a flying insect inside my salad. The week before my kale caesar salad was missing the kale. And they regularly forget to include my dressing.
