Here's why 1 star. When you order a dirty Martini, 1, 3, or 5 are fine, but NEVER two. Ever. When I brought it up, they didn't at least bring me new olives. They did nothing. I hate writing a bad review, but that's bartendering 101.

Very disappointed. We went for a birthday dinner. Carbonara and rice and beans on two of our plates had zero flavor. Best part was our cheesecake slice. We put in a reservation but were seated in the bar area where people wait for tables and stand and hang over your partition while you’re trying to eat (with their backs, arms, and kids reaching over). Waiter wasn’t very attentive either, but maybe they’re short staffed. I don’t think he smiled once.

Celebrated a special birthday at the Cheesecake Factory with the most amazing food and obviously the tastiest cheesecakes. The drinks and avocado rolls were super good but you gotta save up appetite till the end if you want that cheesecake.
The food was below average. The portion was big but tasted like from frozen. The service was good though.

I didn't take a picture of my food. I visited this cheesecake factory. I choose this friend across the states i'm originally from michigan and visiting this location. Because it's in the mall, parking is not that great. There is a considerable wait, as always but the food is usually always worth it. I'm not sure what this door experiences. But I did not appreciate how I was treated as if I'm always at the cheesecake factory. Asking for a refund is how I was treated by the cashier that i've never met a day before in my life. My mashed potatoes were cold and in Michigan. We're not used to this extra bag fee and I am an accountant. So I noticed the nickel charge when I says something. The cash are picked up a nickel off the floor and shoved it in my face and said. Here's your nickel in Michigan. We don't charge for bag. So I was just questioning the extra charge. I was totally disrespected that made me sad.That management here camp find better quality of people to represent their bran.

As always - no trip to the USA is complete without a stop here! (When are you opening one in London??) thoroughly enjoyed my trip to this one in a Bethesda mall. The Bacon-Bacon Burger was dee-lish. And as always - dessert. So many things to try... But default to my Cinnamon Swirl cheesecake which is heavenly. RECOMMEND.

Our server April was fantastic!!! Absolutely Amazing! She was the best part of the dining experience. Dinner came out sloppy with half of the items over cooked and the other half undercooked. The food runners and manager a tall guy with glasses either couldn't help or didn't want to.

it was my daughter birthday thinking to have dinner after we shop we stop by the restaurant look like it was super busy we ask is any seat available they say yes we was waiting 15 minutes we get to seat, let me tell you my server was very disrespectful he ruined my daughter birthday i have leave cross the street for the restaurant 20 years i never have this kind of service from this restaurant, Deshawn is really really make me feel never come back this restaurant again even the manager Brian not cares about my needs ignored everything we ask to get i think this the best location this kind of service no one comes deserve this kind of treatment hopefully the company see this makes some change so customs can bring they love one and enjoy with out feeling the way i feel
