Underappreciated place but we didn’t object to personalized service! Exceellent chicken mole enchiladas and quesadillas, flan delicious and margaritas as well. Passed on many tempting menu options but will return.

The interior decoration is amazing, creating an exotic and lovely dining experience. The waiters were super helpful. We were a bit overwhelmed by the menu, and told him what we’re looking for. All the recommendations we got are amazing!Absolutely love the Mole Bueno - the special Mexican sauce is just yummy! Also love their salsa sauce that goes with the chips - we prob have way too much chips than we should.Caramelized bananas are a very nice touch to end the meal.

My family and I have been eating at Tia Queta for around 40+ years; from its original location to its current one. Never a bad meal, and one of the few Mexican restaurants in the area that actually makes a Mole (top notch at that). Everyone is polite amongst the staff, providing a pleasant dining experience. Cozy seating with ceramics and glassware on the walls. It's a welcoming visit every time, always a great meal, and never a disappointment. While always being easy on the wallet.

Would absolutely recommend coming here. Doesn't look like much on the outside but it has everything that counts!

We absolutely love this spot! Excellent service, really tasty authentic Mexican food with nice ambiance in the entrance floor and more casual sitting on the rooftop area.

I feel a bit daft it was only the first time, I had eaten here. The rooftop had a great atmosphere but more importantly the pork shoulder tacos were freaking amazing. Hopefully in the winter it can stay warm enough up there. I will definitely be

The margarita was okay. The chips tasted a little stale. But the enchiladas were great!

It seems quite obvious the rest had paid people for good ratings. Look how "good" reviews are written in cerrain time frame. Compare here and yelp reviews. People shouldnt joke around food... especially those in food business. Omg.

Even though it's in our neighborhood, we hadn't heard of it in the almost 5 years we've been here. Better late than never! Best chicken mole ever! Excellent service and pleasant surroundings on their roof top terrace. Guacamole was a little blah though.

I’ve had a lot of Mexican food in my life and Tia Queta was just okay! The chips were undersalted and the salsa was rather watery. However the vegetarian enchiladas were quite delicious, although this was one of the few vegetarian options on the menu. Also the only available dining space was the rooftop terrace and the fans did not do enough to cut through the Maryland humidity.
